Both are adventure centered fantasy stories. By the end of the first chapter establishes the setting and introduces the character and her goal. Both main characters want to find their parent(s), so they take up their parents' work at a young age. Both have exciting and dark undertones to them. If you are not comfortable seeing children suffer, do no read either.

...then you might like Koe no Katachi add

Both protags are quirky guys who dislike their lives and are struggling with suicidal thoughts. Their lives were changed by an encounter with a girl, and they want to better themselves for that girl. They both create a friend group as quirky as they are and give the group a goal to strive for. The main charm is that nobody in these manga are normal.

Two shoujo manga with the ikemen type and cuter girl. Romance is more interesting between girl and second option rather than her first option. Romantic feelings are based less on surface level observations and more on encounters over time.

Two mainstream Shounen Jump anime with similar protagonists. Large amounts of comedic relief with side characters and self-improvement with protag. Slower-paced story with every fight lasting three to four episodes.
