Overrall: 4/10. Or a 6/10 if I exclude chapter 4.

Chapter 1 – 6.5/10. My favorite! The one in the book cover, is a cute history about a guy substituting his twin sister in the maid café due to her breaking a leg, and another guy falling for him both in his disguise as a female maid and they working together in the school library as male classmates. If it was a stand alone one volume work, probably would be better and worth at least an 7.
Chapter 2 – 5.5/10. Just the student council president and vice-president being in love, and vice-president being dumb and oblivious ... about it. I little boring.
Chapter 3 – 5/10. A male secretary that loves making bento for his boss, who was in love with him, and then (probably? maybe?) falling in love too but being completely oblivious about it. Less boring, but just because was more confusing.
Chapter 4 – 1/10. Straight up pedophilia. A school director (who crossdress as the nurse) dating one of his highschoolers, which looks even more than usual like as a middleschooler (he could be one, I'm unsure and will not check the information). Even ignoring the really problematic part, was nothing special or worth my time, like an 4.5/10 or 5/10.
Chapter 5 & 6 – 6/10. It was a cute history about two highschool boys taking care of little girl? Playing like the husband & wife & daughter roles? I think? Cute, but after chapter 4 I was kinda wishing dropping the manga and didn't paid much attention.
