Now, I'm going to be quite simple here. I'm seeing that a lot of people dropped this anime early on/gave it a fairly low score. Please, DO NOT drop this anime. The first 6 episodes were essentially just memes, dick jokes and character introductions/getting us used to the dynamic of the characters. However, episode 8 brought a fairly interesting turn. I noticed early on, that the Romance in this Anime was kinda lacking. But, episode 8 changed that. After seeing episode 8, I can confirm that there is still hope left, and that this could potentially end pretty well. I won't spoil anything, but if
...
you must, you can skip to episode 6 and start there (I say start at episode 6, because episode 6 sets up for episode 7). Aside from that, just go try this Anime out.
P.S. The main character actually has a little brother. He looks and sounds female, but he's a dude. So this isn't really an incest/imouto Anime, but rather the main character just likes imoutos.

Well, well, well. Here we are. It's finally over people... Misunderstandings the Anime is finished, and has left me feeling robbed and empty after having such an unfulfilling ending that gave me no closure. Lets get into it shall we?
*MAJOR SPOILER BELOW*
Story: 6
The story here gets a 6, mainly because it was pretty decent from the start, but then the amount of pointless misunderstandings that actually aren't very relatable to myself (since I am a pretty heavy gamer/Otaku) just hit me real hard. I felt like they kind of wasted a lot of valuable assets when it came to those countless misunderstandings. I was actually
...
really interested when Tendou and Amano got together. What I really wanted to see was some more actual development and depth with their relationship, not just stupid misunderstandings that could easily have been resolved with a few words (better yet, just leave that s*** out of the damn anime). Yes, I understand, the characters are supposed to be that way, but honestly speaking, no gamers I know actually think the way some of these characters did, or like, overthink like they did.
Art: 9
Art gets a 9 here. I just liked the art style thats all. Character design was pretty good, but Amano was pretty bland when it came to looks, but that's just part of his character, so I'll let it slide.
Sound: 7
Nothing too special or bad for the sound here. OP was ok, ED was ok, so I didn't have any problems here.
Character: 5
Here we are, the Character section. Now, everyone who watched this Anime can agree, that Amano is a rather bland character. Sure, he does have a little more that meets the eye, but like, I feel that him representing a gamer is kind of unfair. A lot of people think that gamers are people that are really shy and somewhat hard to talk to. In some cases, that's true, but at the same time, why couldn't they at least make him slightly less of a dense f***boy and give him some more personality? I feel like gamers IRL are actually really interesting when it comes to personality. As a gamer my self, I can say that my personality is one of my more appealing traits. The, "being shy" part of the Anime was fairly relatable, but it was slightly over the top.
Enjoyment: 7
I kind of enjoyed this Anime, but honestly speaking, the ending was absolutely dreadful. It gave me no closure, left me feeling absolutely cucked in terms of how much time I invested into it, and I just wish that they didn't just s**t out a garbage ending.
Overall: 7
I really considered giving this an 8, but the ending really just killed everything for me. The ending was essentially the nail in the coffin for me.
Anyway, that was just my opinion, I'd say that you should try the first 5-7 episodes and see if you like it. I never drop any Anime that I start watching, so I just bear with it ti'll the end. Later Everyone!

Well, here we are. This movie by far has been the only one that left me with a lump in my throat at the end. I've never felt so emotionally connected to an anime before. One reason for that would be the fact that Koe no Katachi portrays Suicide, Depression, Bullying, Loneliness, etc. so realistically. The characters are developed really well since they started the story at childhood. This gives the audience a deeper connection to the character, since you get to see them grow in various different ways. The soundtrack was amazing for this movie. Really strong emotions behind the audio only made the
...
experience much better. Art was also really good. I really enjoyed this movie and I definitely can say that this movie was the first to move me this much. Overall this gets a 10 from me, but that's just my opinion. So stop reading this and watch the damn movie! :)

Alright, so, this is a really interesting anime. The first few episodes are kinda iffy, but the more you watch, the better it gets. I just finished episode 9, and I can comfortably say, that this anime has really interesting characters and the concept itself is quite unique. I won't say what exactly happens, but lets just say, that the anime took a darker turn on episodes 8-9. I really thought that this anime wouldn't have this kind of event in it. The way that the anime is presented in the first few episodes seems lighthearted compared to how it is at episode 9 now.
...
So far, each episode has left me wanting to see the next, which is a really good aspect of the anime.

MEGA SPOILER BELOW
...
Well, first Anime/Movie I'm officially reviewing. I can say, I loved this movie. It had a great theme of "expressing yourself" and fairly relatable characters that were well developed. Great Movie, but, I'm quite pissed off with how Naruse and Sakagami didn't end up together. I would have preferred things to go that way, but thats just my opinion. Other than that, it was a great movie that was well structured and kept me wanting to find out what happens next. Not one of the most interesting ones out there, like Kimi no na wa, but it was good for what it was.
