Pacing wasn't good. Typical Shonen. The hype seen from fans makes me set my standards really high and you'd almost expect it to be a masterpiece, but to me, it falls short. The show isn't that great. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy sports anime quite a bit, but it didn't speak to me as much as others. The moments where the animation turns up are great, but in between is boring and drawn out. It takes too long to build up. This could've been a 3-4 episode match and that would've been much more rewarding and made it better for me. A lot of ... you seem to rate things really highly, when it's average. Maybe you don't want to seem mean or overly critical? I'm not sure. But one thing that does is makes people believe they are going to watch a masterpiece, only to be disappointed or maybe just feeling okay about it. I come to MAL to get recommendations for new shows. This was okay, but not amazing or the best sports anime of all time like many say. That goes to Hajime no Ippo and it's not even an argument.

Story: This is a anime about love and happiness. With a few laughs, this anime really grabbed my heart. I thought this anime was very enjoyable, i couldn't stop watching even if i tried. The love between Keitaro and Naru kept me guessing throughout the entire story. I thought the characters really played a good part in this because they were all good friends and they all loved each other. If you guys haven't realized by now i really love the word love. ( God i love that word.) XD. Haha.

The art seemed to be in the 90's in my opinion, Its not like today ... ( Air, Kanon 2006, or Ef A tale of memories.)

This story really touched me with a lot of laughing, and thinking about my own life and how i could make it like this ^.^

Story: I really thought this series was full of sadness, hatred, and revenge. All the characters i thought were despicable. Especially the Main Character Makoto. He really doesn't know how to read other people's feelings. He just goes around doing whatever he wants and being a terrible person. He thinks of himself too much in this series.

If you watch this series, and enjoy it, there is simply something wrong with you. This anime really made me feel torn apart inside. It is very crazy the fact you think that you could do whatever you want in the world and get away with it.

Other than ... that, I thought the art and sound quality of this anime was very enjoyable. It was on the lines of code geass and air. In my opinion that is.

My overall rating of this anime is 5 for creativity. Nothing more and nothing less.
