The idea of demons and humans creating a treaty to coexist, is relatively interesting. I’d say it’s used pretty well. Although after what seems like the main plot is over, there’s still 20-30 minutes left, and it gets very calm and chill, until suddenly there’s more action

The old guy was just a dick, Makie just felt like she existed for rape and sex scenes and to be hit on. Taki wasn’t bad, and it makes you root for Taki and Makie as a couple, but there are a ridiculous rape/sex scenes that it sometimes feels like straight up hentai. Like the scene that ... I’m not going to spoil where a demon and is literally putting it’s tale in and out of Makie’s mouth while cum comes out of her mouth, while it’s grabbing her boobs. It’s so unnecessary, not to mention this kind of thing happens every 10 minutes.

Animation: 10
Easily the best part of the movie. I can’t overstate just how incredible the animation is. Every single scene is just gorgeously animated, there’s so much atmosphere that you are just left in awe of the colors and images. This movie is on par with Akira and City Hunter in terms of atmosphere and animation.

Voice acting: solid, no noticeable problems

Sound effects: 8
Really good. Especially in the scene where Taki has sex with the spider lady

Overall, the things I liked about the movie I really liked, but the things I didn’t like I really didn’t like. It’s worth watching, because it is a decent movie, there are just and lot of shitty elements to it

This manga is incredibly informative to anyone who has questions about gender and/or sexuality, and if you already know a lot about that kind of stuff and/or are gender queer, then this is one of the most validating manga for you. Not to mention, what's not to like about a manga where the main character loves anime and manga? Overall a great slice of life that along the way teaches you a lot of stuff you might be wondering about when it comes to gender identity. 10/10 would recommend.

In my opinion the story was incredibly unique because other than Ranma 1/2 and Host Club, ... there are very few manga where a significant character in the story is genderqueer rather than just a crossdresser played for laughs(keep in mind I do not hate cross-dressing manga at all). Let alone, one where the main character is not only non-binary, but teaches you everything you need to know about what that is. Not to mention, the manga is surprisingly funny. I laughed out loud a number of times.
