Well it's 4 in the morning after watching this movie and so ima write a straight to the point review
Story: 4
All it is is Saya trying to kill the man who betrayed and her and fucked her over plenty of times, Fumito. With the help of her bland new friends who add almost nothing to the story itself other than wasted screen time.
Art: 8
I think the Artstyle, animation, and Cgi was done pretty well for this movie, I was impressed with the whole production of this movie to be honest. It was only in the beginning of the movie where the transition from
...
CGI to regular animation was a bit clunky and weird to me but, after the first 5 minutes it was pretty smooth.
Sound: 6
Pretty average to me, didn't get me pumped up for the action or sad for any of the emotional bits but it was there and did add a little atmosphere to the scenes. So it was ok
Characters: 5
Pretty much every side character is just there to say lines and nothing else, you feel nothing towards them. Because they bring nothing to the plate. I'll give some points to Mana for being somewhat relatable not just being one dimensional, but even then she's pretty much an average cliche. There's a plot twist but It didn't do much for me really.
Enjoyment: 5
Kinda hyped because I finally finished everything in the Blood series which is cool. But, that's about it, the thing that excited me the most in this movie was the production to be completely honest. Everything else was barely average or lackluster
Overall: 5 - 6
Kinda answers questions you had from the prequel anime series Blood-C but then leaves a lot more questions to be answered. The production of this movie was pretty nice though, probably the best thing about this movie XD. It was nice at times to see that Saya still tries to care for people even though humans have fucked her over royally before. Side characters were just there and didn't do much for me.
Although I didn't enjoy as much as I thought I would, doesn't mean you won't enjoy it. Give it a watch after you finish Blood-C, you may like a hell of a lot more than me. If you have a different viewpoint of something I may have said, I'd love for you to send me a message with your opinion. I'd love to see what other people think about this movie. If you're reading this, I hope you have a great day/night!

Ok so, I watched Eureka Seven several days before watching this sequel and as many people may already have guessed, i'm pretty disappointed. I expected the same faimly friendly, coziness, empowering feel that I got from Eureka Seven but that wasn't the case at all.
Story: 5
Now in the beginning it was simliar to Eureka Seven where a regular boy now has to pilot/co-pilot an IFO (Mechas they frequently use in the series) and it felt pretty nice to see that. The next few episodes were used to introduce the main and supporting characters. They were pretty boring and generic at first and the only one
...
who stood out was that one tan girl (but that's besides the point) The way they describe how politics are working will turn some people off from this series. I had to go on the wikia to understand who and what each political party wanted and what was their reason for even existing (kinda spoiled the big plot twist in the series for myself in doing so :/) Anyways basically the series has a problem with how they explain big points in the series, especially when in the beginning and end of the series. It's very confusing what they're saying half the time and you often have to rewatch that scene twice or three times to understand. The pacing was pretty ok, its was a little slow in the beginning, picked up a lot in the middle of the series with a bunch of action and things that actually progress the plot and the end of series was ok as well.
Art: 7
The art was probably one of the only consistent things about this anime. It was simple and done properly throughout the series. So it wasn't spectacular but it wasn't bad either. Animation was pretty smooth as well.
Sound: 8
I took note of the background music because of how well it meshed together with the scene at hand. I think the OST was pretty well done. The music always just made the scenes fill with more emotions, whether they be positive or negative.
Character: 5
his was easily one of the weak points of this show. Most characters were there just to fill a spot in the ohw. They had no real purpose and tried to have real melodramatic moments but it just didn't work. The main character I felt went through a lot of struggle but to learn nothing really. We see no change in his personality and no one else really. Whenever there was change though, it seemed hella forced. Another thing this show does is give characters so way of magically knowing information and not telling the viewer how they know this. just so the story can progress and doesn't explain how they figure it out. It was nice to see some characters from Eureka Seven though (the feels were real)
Enjoyment: 6
Even though it seems I've been bashing this anime so far, I did enjoy some moments. Very few but did enjoy some. The animation during most of the fights were pretty nice. The last few episodes were very enjoyable just because of reasons I can't spoil. Other places of enjoyment were the little comedic moments from time to time. Didn't happen often but I did crack a few laughs.
Overall: 5.5-6
In comparison to the prequel, AO is nothing in comparison really, the main goal of the series is all over the place, main characters doesn't really grow and the supporting characters doesn't help because all they do is fill roles and spout nonsense. The music and animation were solid though. And the feels at the end of the series were just... something I can't explain.

Well this is my first review in a while as well as watching an anime in pretty much 1-2 sittings. I haven't watched anime in a while but the introduction to this series was very gripping and interesting up until later into the show... but we'll talk about that later in review
Story:
So the premise of this story begins with a boy named Renton who has joined the group of his dreams the "GekkoState", and how he interacts with everyone on the ship especially a girl named Eureka.
Plot:7
The premise of this anime was a real rollercoaster ride for me. At first I really enjoyed it up
...
until like episode 17. The first few episodes were filled with a little bit of comedy, action, and romance After that things got away from action and/or romance and was just about Renton finding his own path. Then it got good again with the romance and action. But then it became confusing and slightly ok towards the end of the series. The show was littered with random points of confusing explaining and things that did NOTHING to progresss the plot. I also didn't like how it like 30 eps. to explain something and when it did it was like a mouthful. I literally had to keep writing notes about the series so I wouldn't forget certain parts of it. Don't get discouraged though, it's still a pretty good series in my book, but a letdown towards the early middle and and ending of the story. Also, the story is like Black Lagoon for like 15 eps because the plot literally goes nowhere, the team is literally just going around and doing jobs to get money. You only really know the team's true objective like three fourths of the way into the series. Which bothered me a ton because after a while I'm like "Why exactly am I watching this series?"
Art: 8
It was from 2005-2007 and it was pretty solid and consistent. Tell me why Eureka lookin like Gaara after the mining incident XD
Sound: 8 Soundtrack was pretty good, the background music was pretty average though. The tracks are reused for the anime scenes but they do their job. A romantic scene comes on, and romantic music play. Just that simple. I will say that the majority of openings and ending were pretty enjoyable.
Characters: 7
The main characters in the anime were very realistic. They weren't static and often had multiple layers to their personalities. Although what I couldn't get over was the fact that when it seemed like they had gotten over a problem, they would go back to being friggin childish and make the same damn mistake. There were some extremely forced emotional shifts here and their but it wasn't too bad. The other characters were often one dimensional and didn't have much going for them. Which is ok,a series always needs balance. Although I would've liked a little more insight on the backgrounds of the characters who were aboard the Gekko.
Enjoyment:7.5-8
As I said before, watching this anime was a rollercoaster ride, in the begging I would've given this anime a 9.5 for enjoyment. the middle probably 7, and the end like a 6. Whenever it went back to it being really based on teamwork, mechas, and romance was when i enjoyed it most. All in all, I think that there were barely more nejoyable moments that not very enjoyable ones so. I give it a 7.5-8
Overall: 7.5-8
I think Eureka Seven was a pretty well put together anime. They knew how to draw your attention but after that, they didn't really know how to keep it. The show leaves you with a lot of how?'s, what?'s, and why?'s. While some of those questions were answered much later in the series, most of them were just left there. I was very confused only towards the end of the series with what exactly was going on. The show does a pretty good job on showing how adolescense can affect teenagers and "adults". The romantic scenes were nicely executed (except for most of the ones involving Holland) The artstyle was pretty consistent while the animation is pretty much the same but is better within the last few episodes. The soundtrack for the scenes were generic but did their jobs. The Openings and Endings were pretty good. Characters were pretty life like due to the fact of actually growth within the characters themselves. I enjoyed this series and it was a blast to get that rush of watching something new and amazing again. Although it had a lot of wasted potential with where the series could've gone, it's still a show that's fun to watch!

When watching Is this a Zombie? Of The Dead, i was hoping that I would enjoy it as much as the first season. And I wasn't disappointed for the most part. There were quite a few things that erked me about this season that I couldn't look pass, as I did with the 1st season. But, as this review goes on I'll explain more.
Story: 6
After Ayumu and the crew defeat that other Zombie, their life is peaceful for the most part until new and old enemies make their appearances. I found the enemies to be pretty underwhelming and barely filled their roles as enemies as
...
well. Conflict-wise I feel as if the show didn't have a strong enough conflict and resolve either. All problems just float away without being really resolved. This was only really noticeable because of other features I feel that the show sorta lacked in this season. I'll explain what I mean when I right down my option on enjoyment.
Art: 7
As I've said before, I'm not a great judge when it comes to Art but this shows was just fine IMO. Nothing wrong with it. Pretty consistent through out the entirety of the show. Only thing that changed was the size of Mael Strom's boobs. When under a regular shirt, they're like medium size, but let it have cleavage and that shit EXPANDS. (boob bounces were on point though LOL)
Sound: 7.5
This time around I took a better listen to the soundtrack and what not and realized they make the scenes slightly more intense, when those kind of scenes appear. In general, the show knows how to make a scene have a certain mood to it without music but, it was nice that it just added a bit more of a defining factor to it. The soundtrack overall was pretty ok to me, nothing really stood out. Nothing really was bad either so it was fine. Side note: I preferred the OP over the ED this time around.
Characters: 7
Pretty much the same characters as the first season with like 1 or 2 more characters introduced. Nothing special here, same jokes from each characters, not really anymore characters development with the reoccurring characters. This isn't necessarily a bad thing though, they're still charismatic and funny as ever. And the character development with the new characters was just whatever to me. Didn't really care too much for it. But that's just me.
Enjoyment: 8.5-9
Overall enjoyment was pretty good, a little less than the first season though. Some of the same jokes got old to me and sometimes they were trying a little too hard (rarely though, to me). One of the main reasons i enjoyed it a little less was because of the lack of completeness and weird pacing at times. Towards the ending of the show it was revealed that a strong enemy needed to be defeated but then that gets swept underneath the rug as if it was never made apparent that that person is a threat. They just end it on that person being sorta friendly to their mortal enemy. Which as ok at first, but then I realized that the show just left it at that. No epic yet funny battle and no more info about the opposing forces. This was so noticeable that I couldn't just ignore and be like "well the series wasn't meant to be serious anyways". Since that's sometimes people's arguments towards this. Another thing was the pacing, I can't fully explain what I mean by this but, sometimes the show took a turn to focus on one thing when another thing needed more focus. There's more to this but I can't really articulate it well. Also, the show got way more predictable to me this season which wasn't too much of a problem but still needs to be stated. Despite this, the show is still pretty enjoyable overall. The characters are always up to shenanigans and this make for some hilarious scenarios. Especially the maid cafe and the moment when Ayumu was dancing with his teacher XD.
Overall: 8
If you enjoyed the first season you'll definitely enjoy this season as well. There are a few more noticeable quirks with this season than the last one though, such as: jokes sometimes getting stale, unresolved situations, weird pacing, characters getting no more development, and moments getting way too predictable. This is just to remind you though, this show isn't meant to be taken too seriously. So even though there are problems, it's meant to give you a laugh, Not too dissect every scene for problems. And again, even though there are problems I found myself dying of laughter at times, as I did with the previous season. So if you want more laughs, then definitely watch this season, but be wary of the problems it has.

Is This a Zombie? is an anime I seen pop up on Netflix and I'm glad to say that I gave it a watch! It reminded me of so many different shows such as "My Bride's A Mermaid", "B Gata H Kei", and "Heaven's Lost Property". This is not to say this anime doesn't have a charm of it's own. I went into this show with not knowing what I was getting into really because I had heard nothing about it. Not gonna lie, the 1st episode was a bit over the top for me at first, but you get adjusted to it shortly after.
...
I believe the reason I liked this show so much was because of the expectations I had when I began to watch it. The thing is, I had none! So I was thoroughly surprised when certain scenes occurred. This anime is to never to be taken seriously, if you take it seriously you lose the whole point of the show, which is to entertain you rather than to tell some complex story with plot twists up the ass. Now let's get into the sections of the show and what I liked and disliked. (I haven't watched the OVAs and the 2nd season at the time I'm writing this review)
Story: 8
The show's story is a extremely weird but I LOVED IT. It's all about a boy who's name is Ayumu who was tragically killed by a serial killer and is brought back to "life" by a Necromancer named Eucliwood Hellscythe (Eu). Eu is the most powerful magical being in the world, but having all that power comes at a cost. After this encounter with Eu, Ayumu's life will never be the same. He then becomes friends with a Magical Garment Girl and a Vampire Ninja. Story sounds pretty crazy right? It only gets crazier as the story progresses. It was pretty unique and different in my eyes, so I enjoyed a lot.
Art:8
I'm not very good when it comes to determining how Art is, compared to other anime and what not. But I enjoyed the art style for what it was. The colors really gave the show a nice feeling to it because they would always match depending on the scenario. Never seen any flaws with it in my eyes.
Sound: 7
To be completely honest, I don't remember hearing anything really memorable from the show. Which is a good and a bad thing. Its a good thing because it shows I found nothing wrong with the sound itself, but it didn't stand out much. So it was ok, the only song I remember was that blasted Ending. It was AMAZING, I almost always watched it whenever it came around. I honestly got giddy when it came to the end of episode so I could hear it again. The animation that goes with the ending also added to my enjoyment to it.
Characters: 8
The characters were both the one of the greatest things about the show and one of the downfalls of it as well. If you're not closely watching the show and just enjoying it for what it is, you'll find the 95% of the the characters are likeable and funny in their own ways. The situations they get themselves in are pretty hilarious as well. But when I took a better look at them, most of them are just one dimensional, there are a few exceptions mind you, but again MOST OF THEM are. Characters won't be much of a problem if you don't this anime seriously though. Most of them are all zany, even if they don't show it at first.
Enjoyment: 10
This is easily one of the funniest anime I've seen in a while. From the parodying of clichés, to the overall humor this anime provides, it's just a riot. Some people may find some of the rehashed jokes some characters use to be annoying but, I didn't mind them one bit. Another thing people may have a problem with is when this show is trying to be serious. This anime has the tendency to have a serious moment, have some humor and then a serious moment again. This may cause viewers to have a disconnect with serious moments. BUT, as I said before, this show is just for enjoyment. So if you don't take it seriously, you'll actually find some of the serious moments to be funny in itself. Some moments just didn't make sense even when I replayed over several times, but it didn't take away from my enjoyment
Overall: 8.5-9
This show was something I didn't imagine I'd like very much, contrary to this, halfway through the 1st episode is where I just fell in love with it. As I've stated several times in this review, if you take this show seriously you're not going to enjoy it much. If you turn your brain off for the 12 episodes this show has, you'll most likely enjoy it very much. Even when you turn your brain off, you may notice some things in the show that don't seem right, but you'll get over it no time.
P.S. In my opinion, I loved when this show showcased the different parodies of popular things that happen in other genres of anime and just of clichés in general. I would be bursting out with laughter XD
P.P.S. I CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH THE OVAS AND SEASON TWO!

My First Review ever so bare with me
Well I'm not even going to sugarcoat the fact that Cowboy Bebop was a big letdown for me. I was expecting so much from this series due to everyone hyping it up. But, I was left with underdeveloped characters, beyond idiotic actions from characters, and no one listening to Jet.... EVER. Despite all of this, there were some redeeming factors to this animes such as the music, funny scenarios, and just overall enjoyment.
Story:7
This shows all about the realtionship of a crew consisting of Spike, Ed, Jet, Faye, and little ole' Ein. Just a couple of "bounty hunters" (and
...
a dog) going from bounty to bounty, and how their pasts sort of catches up with them. Nothing special here really, It's whatever.
Art:8
I'm going to say this first off, I'm not the best judge when it comes to things such as art and animation but there were no problems with either of those in this anime. Pretty solid overall in my opinion.
Sound:10
This would be the entire anime's strongpoint in my opinion. The names of the episodes would be based off of genres, songs, and albums (ex: Asteroid Blues & Ballad of the Fallen Angels) and the music in each episodes sorta correlates to name of the episodes. The soundtrack mainly consists of Jazz and Blues music. These songs/insturmentals always added to the scenes and made them better than they actually were. A fight scene was turned into an AMAZING scene and a sad scene turned into a HEART-WRENCHINGLY SAD SCENE. The music was what made me keep watching this anime.
Character:6
Now his was the weak point of the anime for me. There were so many times where I wanted to know more about the characters like Ed or Ein, or Jet. There was literally no info given about Ed and Ein, they got no love. They were there to lighten up the series yet I know nothing about them. Jet was like the overprotective father of the group and I like that, but NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE EVER LISTENED TO HIM. Dang it as so annoying, like there would be CLEAR danger in their way and Jet would give some sound advice but all Faye and Spike wanted to do was die with a bang like HOLY. And Spike was EXTREMELY irrational and idiotic to the point where it was eye aching. The reason for his innjuries 100% of the time was because he just went on his stupidity, no not instict, but stupidity. His character was cool at first but after a while he reminded me of a rebelious teenager who's overdramatic. Faye was alright, her back story was kinda sad but they explained so quickly I had to deep connection with her. Then there's Jet, not much too say really. He gets one episode of backstory for himself and done. We do get a LITTLE and when I say little i mean minuscule insight from other episodes about his past life, but again that's it.
Enjoyment:8
Now even though the characters pissed me off, they did have their badass moments. Especially with his knack to use the environment to his advantage and his smooth fighting style. The funny moments with Ein and Ed were also a nice addition. Again, those moments really lightened up the show when it was getting depressing and dark. Also the conversations between people were also pretty hilarious to say the least
Overall: 7.5
Although I did get irritated at A LOT of moments in Cowboy Bebop it was still fairly enjoyable. The music also stepped the anime up a notch on my scale because of how good it was at enhancing the scene rather than take you away from it or kill it entirely. There no problems with art and animation either. In my opinion, this show doesn't live up to the hype in the slightest, It was underwhelming throughout the entire series in my opinion. Although, that ending was pretty sad. If you want to go watch this classic, go ahead, just don't go in with high expectations. REMEMBER NO OF THIS IS FACT, IT'S ALL MY OPINION.
P.S. I may have been a little nit picky with this anime but it was because I actually wanted to look at all aspects of the anime while watching it instead of just blindly watching it and giving it a 10 without knowing exactly what I enjoyed/disliked.
