Someday's Dreamers: Summer Skies, a beautiful story of discovering one self, with magic included.
A teenage girl fulfilling her dream, while at the same time making friends and accomplishing her tasks with all her heart. The story although is simple introduces many aspects through subtle means in each episode. It does well at expressing emotions while building a better understanding of each character.
The character art is plain, but the backdrops are beautiful, often based on reality. Its a good blend that isn't too strong in one aspect or another and in my opinion even helps develop a story.

OVERALL (If you aren't going to read the whole thing just read this): Madoka Magica was the show I didn't want to watch because of how girly it looked, I was fooled and impressed by the show. It had the gravity of dealing with death, maintaining normality, the brutality of repercussions, and the bonds of friendship. It was beautifully drawn, with a soundtrack to match, and storyline that will take your heart away. If anything else, why not give Madoka Magica a shot?

If you happened to stumble across this anime like I did you might want to do yourself a favor and watch.
Over this anime is very good in my books the Art is magnificent, the story is great, and the characters are quite unique. Ichigo Amano the main character is a very clumsy girl, and she has a sweet personality. Vanilla her sweet spirit is like a chibi french doll quite adorable but a little headstrong. As Ichigo progresses in school with the 3 Sweet Princes whom each have their own spirits, she faces constant scrutinizing from others and has to practice extra to get everything right. ...

The main character of the story is Kuronuma Sawako, you follow her through her high school days. She is in no way normal, from the beginning its quite humorous and you do feel pity for her because of her morbid appearance she gives off and most people think something horrid will happen if you make eye contact for a certain amount of time.

School Days did a good job of sucking you into the anime in the first and second episode, I'll give it that.
After that there are a few more likable episodes and then you watch because you want something to happen. This something never really happens throughout the whole series. You start watching to see when the main character finally "mans up", and believe me you'll be very disappointed with the story.
