Honestly, this anime is just simple and wholesome. It leaves a warm fuzzy feeling in your chest, where you watch it and that’s all that matters. I like that the main character is not overpowered at all, even if she has thick plot armor. I thought her relationship with all the adults around her in the later half of the series was very nice and it gave her that parental experience she was kind of needing in her life after being cast aside. This show doesn’t really explain things too well but that’s not what it’s trying to do and I think what it’s trying ... to do is done extremely well. It is a very calming anime and I don’t really think it’s for a very mature audience. I feel like it’s for more of a child audience, but it’s still rather nice and I do recommend watching it if you just want something cute and wholesome.

When I read this synopsis, I thought this was going to be some cute, wholesome romance, but it is not. The show is an utter mess. I honestly think this would’ve been better had they just made it a straight hentai because there is really nothing to the story. I found myself confused through most of it and disgusted. The most entertaining parts were the Stick Figure puppet shows, but the rest of it was just cringe worthy. I hardly know anything about the characters besides the main girl being the most white piece of bread to ever exist, and the main guy the only ... thing we really know about him is that he was in a band and now he’s a monk. honestly, my favorite character was the mother because most of her lines were “ara ara” do not recommend, and will not watch again.

I don't even know what I just watched. It was a very interesting concept executed terribly though. The main issue was never resolved cuz what happened to the kids. Did Suzu just leave them there, with their abusive father cuz she sure as heck did not bring them with her? It wasn't even like she showed the Dad's face on the internet so that people would know what he did to them. She just ran over hugged them and then left. It was too much time spent on the ending song to the point where I was like come on get over with it gets ... the main point the whole ending scene took about 15 minutes before she even stopped the concert. We also never figure out exactly why she went viral or that her friend was her producer and knew that she was singing on the site. Tons of potholes beautiful art and gorgeous soundtrack but the plot holes just pull you out of the narrative entirely because it's retarded. As a lover of wolf children this movie hurt me to watch.
