After this moment, both protagonists develops supernatural abilities and decides to fight against the monsters to protect their loved ones after losing one member of their family. Meanwhile, the monsters conspires and mix up with the human society, planning to domain the world. The army is also involved in the story. However, Blood+ has a more slow pacing with traces of the story being revealed little by little, while Kiseijuu is a more fast paced anime, with more action scenes and with a somewhat environmental message.
