Tanjiro Kamado is an ordinary villager—until his family is attacked by a Demon, a corrupt spirit that seeks to devour human blood. It is then that he meets a Demon Slayer named Giyu Tomioka, who gets surprised while protecting Tanjiro from his demon sister, Nezuko.
