if you are looking for another anime that basically has the Romeo and Juliet theme around it, like this one has, then Nisekoi is a great pick, although the way the romance flows is different. In Nisekoi you can enjoy more character development, it's a bit more serious, but it still remains an enjoyable rom-com.

- in both series the main character is hardly talkative and more introverted, while the heroine is really outgoing and extroverted - the romance is mainly happening between the main character and the heroine

While the characters and the setting of the animes are totally different, the love that is developing feels pretty similar, so overall I believe if you liked one, you would also like the other.

- similar love situation between the MC and the heroines - in both series the main heroine knows the MC from childhood and the MC has trouble remembering key events - in both you will be able to see how the relationships between the mc and the heroines develop slowly

- the way the relationship is building between the female characters - mcs are very different but what they have in common is the feeling to protect his friends - the love situation between the main characters is pretty much the same, only thing different being their reasons and underlying desires with each other - the story follows the character development of all the main characters pretty closely

...then you might like Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e add

- there is a lot of character development in both - clever MCs but also with a rotten personality to the core - highschool setting that puts a lot of importance on the relationships around students - the mc and the heroine are kinda copy pasted, although the mcs have a MUCH different background they give a similar vibe Romance lacking in highschool of the elite, but besides that there are plenty of more similarities I can't give away without spoiling the characters

...then you might like Gakusen Toshi Asterisk add

the plot is somewhat similar, though the romance in ''Gakusen Toshi Asterisk'' is lacking.
