(Lets get this part out of the way. This is more an opinion and a joke then a review and it's all just for sh*ts and giggles to be aware of this.)
This show...ooooh this show man, its something else. It's like a guilty pleasure except there is no pleasure, it's just guilt and regret. Every single character is unlikable, including the main girl.
- So there's pancake guy who I wish every painful death I can imagen, I've hated him since the show began and my opinion shall not change.
- Creepy kid who scares the crap out of me. His mere presence gives me fear
...
and anxiety and if I try to grab anything soft for comfort it reminds me of his stupid teddy and the pain it brought me
- Bitch-chan who is so annoying. I think he had a thing for his Mum? Idk man he's confusing. I have flash-backs whenever someone says the word bitch now as it reminds me of his existence and that he could still be out there
- Reiji, who is the only one I find the most tolerable? Idk I still hate him but he kept pancake at bay so he is....okay. He also has a thing for pain and poison which...ehhhgg
- The white haired goth, which I think he was a good guy? Idk? He gave the girl a dagger to kill vampires which WE'LL GET TO THAT PART
- Music man who I don't really care about, idk he was blonde....that's it
Anyway the basic plot is that the main girl gets sent to this mansion by his Dad. It is here where the vampire dudes live. A solid 1 quarter of the show is plot, while the rest is blood sucking. Yea, there's a crap ton of that, there had to be at least one vampire suck every episode or who knows what would've happened.
Anyway the actual villain is this green haired guy who wants to bring back pancakes dead Mum, and wants to use the girl (Yui) as a vessel for her. The thing is with this, is that he is the villain...meaning the vampires are the good guys. They all have their own tragic-ish backstories, so that you can connect and feel sympathy for them. YET I FEEL NOTHING, I FEEL NOTHING FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LEGIT DONE NOTHING BUT ABUSE THIS RANDOM CHICK FOR 3 HOURS. THE PANCAKE GUY LITRALLY DROWNS HER AT ONE POINT, AND I'M MEANT TO 'LIKE' HIM??? TO 'RESPECT' HIM???
Yet to make it worse, you'd think I'd feel something for Yui, the protagonist right? Well that's where you're wrong. I ALSO FEEL NOTHING FOR HER. She makes the dumbest decisions known to man, and despite being abused and threatened over, and over, and over again, she barely makes any attempts to escape, even after being given multiple chances to do so. I think one of her stupidest moments is in late episode 11. Basically Ayato (Pancake) and the green guy are fighting, with Yui in green guys grasp. As greeny is about to kill Ayato, Yui manages to escape from his grasp (easily by the way). Now, she has the dagger in her hand, which she can easily use to kill the green guy and end this fight quicker yea? Well guess what??? She gets the dagger, AND STABS HERSELF WITH IT THINKING DOING SO WILL SUDDENLY STOP THE FIGHTING. She had to perfect opportunity, and ruined it. To make things worse, since she was barely conscious, that meant to Mum (who is evil by the way) is able to take over her body quicker. IT LITRALLY MADE THINGS WORSE FOR EVERYONE, IT BENEFITTED NO ONE.
Anyway the only real praise I can give this show is it's animation, It's pretty good. Yet the doesn't help with much.
Anyway, this anime isn't something I'd ever watch again unless it's like 3am and my brain is doing summer-saults.

(like i said last time, please don't take this review to seriously, I'm not a god at reviewing and it isn't the best, so keep that in mind)
I was a pretty big fan of this franchise, so I'm not surprised I reviewed this.
This anime is a series adaptation to the very popular game, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
ORIGINAL STORY
For those who have no clue what this game is, its a visual novel, detective game, you play as a character called Makoto Naegi (The Ultimate Lucky Student) as he and 10 or more other ultimate students are trapped in there school Hopes Peak Academy.
Your Principal
...
Monokuma (whose a weird bear thing idk) says the only way to escape this school is to kill someone and get away with the murder. If you succeed in this murder, you escape at the expense of every other student's death, however, failure will cost you your life and you will be killed via execution.
You, Makoto Naegi, with the help of your friends, must find out the culprit of each case.
For this review, I am reviewing how well they managed to adapt this game into a series.
STORY:
Surprisingly they managed to fit the story of this game very well, making all seem natural and well-placed. They put in aspects of the story, whether plot-heavy or just fun cutscenes into the series very well. Aside from a few nit-pics, it's all good and well.
ART:
As for art, I'm glad the art style used in this anime is very similar to the game. Of course not fully cause we can't just have a cardboard cutout Naegi moving around now, can we. However, I liked how they kept important details such as the death scenes and the executions and redid them in a more clear and fluent style.
CONCLUSION
So to conclude, I believe Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Is a really impressive adaptation to the video game. If you're a big fan of the game franchise, don't worry, you can watch this and not get frustrated cause the Ishimaru and Mondo spa scene wasn't there :).

(Please don't take this review very seriously, I'm still new to the whole anime scene and I'm no pro when it comes to reviewing)
Beastars has been a pretty well-known show by now, and many people have talked about it. People either love it or think its some weird show for furries (which I can't blame people for thinking, but trust me its a lot more than that). Well, why is that?
Beastars takes on a similar premise to the known movie Zootopia. Its a world with animals instead of humans, and herbivores and carnivores all have to live with each other. However, Beastars takes on a
...
way darker version of this story.
Unlike Zootopia, in Beastars carnivores are capable of losing control of their natural instincts, and can kill herbivore people. This is seen at the very beginning of the series with the murder of an alpaca student in the drama club. There is also a lot of discrimination in this world, with herbivores being seen as weak and inferior, and carnivores being seen as dangerous and should be avoided.
The main point of the story is to show everyone this society and how it manages to hold without collapsing. This is shown by the stories of the many characters in this series.
LEGOSHI: A wolf trying to figure out whether his feelings for Haru are real or are just his instincts.
HARU: A bunny trying to be seen as more than just a defenseless bunny.
LOUIS: A deer wanting to be seen as strong and not just a weak herbivore.
This story and characters immediately grabbed my attention, and I'm assuming many others as well. Though the story itself is very dark and somewhat morbid, it still manages to give off funny moments for the viewers to enjoy, so its not just all sadness and misery.
Another aspect of this show that I really enjoyed was the use of both 2D and 3D animation. This at first could've been seen as a turnoff based on other animes experiences with 3D. However, Beastars used this method incredibly well. The movements are fluid and the models make it look like its almost a 2D animation. I think that Beastars wouldn't be as good without the 3D.
So what's my opinion of Beastars. I think its really good (if it wasn't obvious enough). I'm impressed by the amount of effort that was put into this series. The only thing I didn't like from the series was the make-out scenes, yet that isn't the anime it's just my tastes.
Overall I recommend this series to anyone interested in a dark yet compelling story.
(and if you're scared of being called a furry, half the population watched it anyway so it's not like your the only one)
