The only good thing about this season from the previous one is there less pedophilia. After I hated the first season, I looked at the reviews. And nobody that liked the anime talks about the pedo stuff it is really odd, why people are ignoring all that stuff?

There is still no plot. Why are we watching this? All they do is spend a few hours then time skip 1 year. Even the writer knew there is nothing to write about so he keep skipping years. The problem is caused by no plot. There is nothing to progress to, so there is no progression. We are ... wasting time on mini-stories that no one will remember.

They tease the villain in the last episodes. He is cool and all but I don't know him. I don't know his motives, background, or favorite ice cream. From the things I watched in this series, I bet that he will disappoint. He is evil because of some god, maybe he will changes sides at the end and will die. I wish instead of wasting time on useless stuff like Roxy's parents. They spend more time on the villain.

The reason I say Roxy's stuff is waste of time is: It adds nothing to the story like any other mini storyline in the series. Roxy's stuff is the only thing I remembered.

In my previous review, I said that world-building is good but I changed my mind. It is only surface level so far. I thought that they will build the world but they didn't. Saying that there are different races like elves, dwarves, etc. is not world-building. You need to give them culture and depth. What I have seen so far tells me that they are incapable of building deeper lore so they fill it with a bunch of stuff that they won't expend on to fill like it is deep.

I like the 10 seconds of "the fight". I remember one song was nice but I can't recall what it was. I hated Paul more. I am glad Eris stopped shouting. Why is he bald? The dog was cute, so 1 point is added. So instead of giving it a 1 (if there is 0, I would give it), the score is 2.

If you can ignore the child groping and other rapey stuff, it is somewhat watchable. I don't understand how people can stand a 10 year old child, groping a 12 year old child. I don't think it is funny, it serves no purpose for the story. So why would you put it there? Most of the episodes builds up to something, then it happens and it is not worth the wait. Not sure later seasons gets better or this season builds up to that.

Characters are dull, if you seen any anime before nothing new to see. You can predict almost every characters decision ... 5 seconds before. This is not unusual for a isekai I guess. I wish Eris stop shouting. I wish we could see some magic other than one big water magic, since it is about magic.

Main problem is there is no story arc for the most part. We don't know why are we watching this. Nothing to see.

I don't remember any music. I am not sure but I think there wasn't any?

Two positive thing I can say it: World building is nice, different languages are interesting. And there is no opening.

I really wanted to like this. I really did. But sadly around the army stuff author lost his brain to a parasyte. It is so sad to see a brilliant mind go away. But these things happen in life.

My general problem with the series is Shinichi's thoughts. First he does'nt have any. Then he hates parasytes, then he loses emotion, then they came back. Then he decided twice that he wants to protect people. Then he is scared(in general), then sex scene happen(weird), then he is scared again then an old lady talks about trash being dumped to their village(why?). Then he finds his ... courage to fight again. This amount of character change is not supported by the events or other characters.

Kana's story was interesting then... Murano was no more than a love interest. Kana would be better because she had a character.
Dad's story might be interesting but they didn't go for it. Which was sad, I would really want to see father son relationship grow.

But finding his courage means he lost his brain(same with author, this story might a autobiography). But lucky the smartest parasyte, aka mr. president also lost his brain. So instead of killing he shouts? talks about humans and stuff? Didn't paid attentio that much. Then Shinchi stabs him with a rusted metal? Then mini Migi comes back (YEEEY) with electricity sparkly shining yeeey.

But guess who wins the with rust. Yes! rust. I wish there were other chemical that effects parasytes, that way we didn't have to hear Migi explain... I wish there were some sort of solvent. I can't think any.

About the last episode: I couldn't care less if Migi stayed of not. I cannot care about a character becasue he was on the screen for a long period of time. I don't know Migi. I don't care about Migi. If he was left, I wouldn't care either. There were other characters like Uda that would impact us more. Then "the real monster" came. If I write about that dude, I would have to write 200 words more so no.


My main sadness is that the series starts pretty decent. At some point I thought Shinichi will lose his humanity, and Reiko Tamura will find her humanity. The story will build up from these two beings' undersanding of humanity. Missed potentinal.

Musics were fine. There was a love song which was really good for the first time then we heard it 100 times and it became meh.

The problem with the trains, they are fucking boring. They could have thrown the people out and they would probably land on a bush and be fine. But no! They said. We cannot use our brains while writing the script. So let's ignore this and carry on.

Or how about disconnecting wagons from the Locomotive? That way we would technically cut ... his spine and people would be safe. Right? Sorry I used my brain.

But master, there is a god-like samurai, who can plan the entire operation after waking up from a spell. He is capable of thinking this. He trained for years. I think he has seen a train before.

NO PHEASANT! NO ONE CAN THINK PROPERLY IN ANIMES. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS MAKE SOMETHING SHIT, AND MAKE IT COOL. SO THAT PEOPLE POST IT ON YOUTUBE.

personal note: Instead of using a train, they could have put a ship. That way none of the things I said would be a problem. It would be a more interesting and well though movie.
