After re-watching this series a few times I can understand how a few people can probably not like this anime very much due to a somewhat lack in character development or story line. Of course the last few episodes were rushed as well but depending on the studio that made this I don't think they had much options of what path to go down on whether or not this anime would be successful.
However, seeing as this is my opinion I would highly recommend this anime not only for the fights and humor but the feelings it packs in it as well as the small art
