Ok , there are a ton of slice of life and romcom anime , why watch this. To answer this question , let's look at slice of life anime . They heavily rely on relatability and emotion of the viewers . This anime does that perfectly . The emotions are well executed ( i was close to crying ) and it relatable to a certain extent . The characters are pretty unique and likable and none of them wasted . Honestly i think a couple of characters should have been avoided . The art , sound , animation , voice acting , and how ... we get connected to the characters is just perfectly done. I feel like i want more but there isn't more . Definitely recommended .

I was thinking about giving it a ten but those 2 characters ( aoyama , yuka ) felt like unwanted third wheel. Also they kinda gave an open ending . It feels like S2 might come but it's been over 10 years so most probably it won't be coming . So the open ending feels kinda wierd that's why I gave it a 9
