ANIMATION IS 2D AND LOOKS LIKE A YOUTUBE VIDEO ANIMATION
THIS VIDEO IS ABSOLUTELY A DIABOLICAL PIECE OF FILTH!!
We start off by getting introduced to a question of why love is in the shape of a red heart. Seems like an interesting hook to make us watch but then we are immediately faced with how it's shaped like.. err. CERTAIN body parts and then the author lets go of his horny juice and starts yapping about how he got 'excited' in school many MANY MANY times and how he likes the 'doggy style" a lot.
Then bro ends it by saying how love is having 'certain'
...
activities with the person that makes you horny.
Wow, was this the message bro was trying to say? Procreating in doggystyle is top choice? I CANT BRO, WHY DID HE HAVE TO MAKE THIS ANIMATION, HE COULDA TALKED ABOUT ANNYYYYTHING ELSE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT HOW DID 300+ PEOPLE LITERALLY HEART IT FROM THEIR SITE.
No sane person is going to heart that video, I don't know how in their mind that it was enjoyable to hear about a man talking about how hard he was in school all the time đđđ.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WATCHING THIS.

(This review comes from someone who watched Fate/ stay night without having knowledge of what occured in the VN)
Introduction:
The Fate/Stay Night Anime starts off with the introduction of Emiya Shirou, the main character who apparently wants to become a "hero of justice" taking on after his father saved him from a fire. Though he lives as an average high school boy, he has magic properties that enables him to reinforce objects, which is often used to help Issei, fix broken down machines. At home, he lives a comfortable life with his guardian and teacher Taiga sensei, and his junior, Sakura. This happens to all
...
change when one day, he stays after school and sees two guys (Lancer and Archer) fighting each other using magic. Sadly for Shirou, if a bystander happens to see a fight between these guys, it is said that that person must me killed. One of the guys, Lancer, chases down Shirou and stabs him in the heart... but the supporting Character, Rin, saves him on the brink of death due to her morals.
When Shirou comes back to life, he decides to go walk home thinking that it's now safe, but Lancer follows him home and attacks him yet a second time. Coincidentally, a summoning circle was near Shirou and just as he was about to get attacked, Saber came out of this circle and defended Shirou against Lancer. Saber said that she came to answer his call of help and she will serve as Shirou's servant. Later on, Rin explains how Lancer is also a servant of some other master and that the reason why Lancer was fighting the other guy in the first place was because they were in a "Holy Grail War" which was a fight to the death between the servants (7 of them) to attain the Holy Grail which granted them any wish they desired.
I would say the introduction part of the anime was done well, it brought action right to the viewers at the same time, made a good structure upon the world building of main characters life as well as nice development of the side characters.
First 12 episodes:
After learning about the Holy Wars, Shirou goes to the Overseer of the war to learn more about it's rules. We learn that there can be only one winner and that a master can seek protection if they lost their servant. After talking with the Overseer, Shirou is then attacked by another master who hold a powerful servant, Hercules.
Saber attempts to take down Hercules but she is then beaten nearly to death. Just as Saber was going to take the finishing blow, Shirou takes the hit and falls to the ground. Luckily, the opponent thought that was enough and left the scene. The next day, Saber scolds Shirou for taking the hit and says how if she was to die, she would only return back in her own world. Saber worries for the safety of her master but the master feels the same way, conflicting their thinking as the anime goes on.
Shirou later goes to school but then gets attacked by Rin, due to her being frustrated that Shirou didn't bring Saber with him officially participating in the war. Luckily is stopped as a student outside was attacked by another servant, RIder. Shirou went out to go stop Rider but ends up getting beaten in a horrible condition. It was thanks to Rin that he got rescued.
Back at his home, Saber argues with him again for not bring her to school and tells him that he should have used his "command seal" which teleports the servant to the master. It should be that the command seal should be only used in emergencies due to it only having three uses so it's really important for Saber to stick with Shirou.Sadly, Shirou being Shirou ignores this, which leads to Saber (and me) to start disliking Shirou.
Saber goes and leaves Shirou to start attacking other servant's due to him not making any progress in the Holy Grail War, which leads to a face off between the servant, Assassin and Saber. This face off ends up being canceled mid way due to a 3rd party watching them. As such, if a servant were to reveal their Noble Phantasm, it would give away their winning move and makes it easier to beat them.
Shirou wakes up and finds that Saber is missing, but he finds her in a bad condition, due to her loss of "mana" from almost releasing her noble phantasm.
As Saber left Shirou without permission, things get worse between them.
Later on, Shirou is approached by Shinji, the master of Rider, in school and face on a 1v1. Shinji uses a barrier that takes mana from the souls of the students to empower his servant . Shirou uses his command seal to summon Saber to defeat them, but they run away. Shirou eventually finds them again and Saber unleashes her noble phantasm, killing rider.
For the first half of this season I would say it's direction can lead some people to find the main character to be quite annoying, as he disobeys Saber's request and tries to be the good guy by putting himself in battle even though he can't fight as well as the other servants. This struggle drags on between Saber and Shirou and even though Shirou tries to show his care for Saber, it just hurts Saber seeing him getting hurt. This type of cycle continues for most of the first part, fighting some overpowered servant, loosing and arguing, but around episode 12 we get too see a win for a change for Shirou.
Second Half:
Right after this massive fight between Rider and Saber, Shirou gets kidnapped by Hercules's, master and is given the option to be her servant or have his servant die. Shirou for some reason does not use his command seal to call for Saber, as she ran out of most of her mana. Luckily, Rin and her servant archer bring along Saber and find Shirou, but then stopped by Hercules. Archer goes in a 1v1 between the servant and dies, but it gave time for Shirou to restore Saber's mana in a... erm, unsettling way.
Oh, and it turns out that Shirou has a hidden power to generate anything that he can think of, so he makes a sword for Saber and kills Hercules with her in one blow.
Next thing after that fight is Shirou and Rin decide to find another master in the game to take down and it appears that it was their teacher.
Saber, Rin, and Shirou go attack him, but loose to him and his servant, Caster.
Caster decides to take Sakura hostage after the fight and use her to summon the grail with the cost of the lives of the whole city.
The main character and his team goes to where Sakura is hostage and fights them. Also, it happens that assassin was with the teacher and caster, giving the enemy and advantage. After one or two episodes, Shirou and his team get saved by Gilgamesh, another servant, who completely obliterated the enemy. Though he saved them, he has intentions of having Saber as "his property"
Somehow, our main character leaves his situation, but this comes question why there is an 8th servant in the war, so he goes to talk to the overseer about it. When he arrives a the church, the overseer stabs him and reveals about his true intentions and what the Holy Grail actually does.
Around the same time, Gilgamesh attacks and kills Lancer, which leaves only Saber left in the Holy Grail War. The overseer uses this to summon the grail, having the master of Hercules as a sacrifice. Saber and Shirou go and kill Gilgamesh and destroy the holy grail, ending the story.
I would say the second half is a lot better than the first. Shirou isn't as annoying anymore and sticks by Saber's side to ensure safety and he also learns how to materialize anything he imagines. Shirou also finds in himself a way to justify killing servants, making the plot progress rather than chasing down runaway servants the whole time. Also, the so called 'romance' between Saber and Shirou, well I don't do well judging this topic, so I will just say that it got better towards the end. It's interesting to see how they dislike each other to how they turned to love each other.
Of course not everything was good in the last part, as there was a filler 'date' between Saber and Shirou which ended with them arguing and an unnessaccary fan service such as seeing Saber coming out of the shower. To top of that, we had that weird scene were Saber and Shirou had to find a way to "connect" to let Saber have more mana. I won't talk much about that one, but it felt forced, adapted or not.
The plot overall was messy at times and some parts were dragged on more than necessary.
Sitting 12+ episodes of Shirou crying about how he doesn't want to fight anyone in the Holy Grail Wars is quite annoying and especially when he keeps surviving all those "fatal" blows taken at him. Realistically, his story would be over if it wasn't for Hercules and his master decided to walk off. I may make this sound like this anime isn't worth watching, but if you want to see Shirou grow out of his "dummy" stage and grow stronger, it's gonna take a bit of time.
One last negative, (sorry if I'm bashing the anime a bit too much) but some side characters, such as Sakura, Issei, Taiga, and Shinji have a lot more potential but it was wasted. It felt as if the anime was trying to finish and conclude the story by the time they introduced us to Gilgamesh.
For some of the positives, I feel like the show improved when Shirou "unlocked" his abilities. He wasn't some weakling who got tossed around like he was at the start. After he unlocked these abilities, it progressed the plot from seeing Saber and Shirou getting their butts kicked to seeing all out crazy attacks on the verge of death. Battles became meaningful as it made the watchers regain faith in the main character. I only wished this could have came to us sooner.
Plot aside, I want to talk about other things as well, such as the visuals, voices acting, and music.
Visuals-
Highly subjective, but I did indeed love the artstyle of the characters and how they presented the movements and scenery. Of course as a 2006 anime, you can't expect everything to be all flashy and high definition. I would say a good 4/5 as of now, due to the visuals lacking a bit when the characters are far away at times.
Voice Acting-
Well Done! The voices feel 'right' for their characters and we can really feel the emotion coming from them. I got nothing more than to say it was on spot. 5/5
Music-
Starting with the OP 1 and 2, both of the song choices are solid picks. I especially love the first OP as it wasn't drilling my brain with some loud fast paced song like a lot of anime's do. Some people didn't like the second OP, but I didn't mind it, it wasn't that bad but it wasn't really good. For the ED I skipped past it, it didn't seem to stick to me that much, been then again this is subjective. I would say skip what you don't like and watch what you do like. For the sounds and background music in Fate/Stay Night, it used a lot of classical pieces to accompany many scenes. I feel like there's usually nothing bad that can come out of that. Coming from what I said, I'd give this section a 4.5/5.
To conclude,
If you are up to see a weak (annoying) character go through pain and suffering to become strong (and more likeable) at the same time starting a romantic relationship with someone in a battle royale setting, I would recommend.

Bad Anime, not worth watching, here are some issues:
1. Plot: The direction of the anime is the main character trying to find this childhood crush he had, there is ZERO progress upon her whereabouts in this season. Another thing is that by the name of the anime "Liar Liar" , he has to lie about how he's some high ranking student, but that's the only thing he lies about, all the rest is just having some hacker that the headmaster of his school district hired to hack into the systems of the students and give him an advantage whenever he starts to loose. Assuming that
...
he can't loose in order to see his childhood friend it's basically boring to see his 1v1's with other students because he's always going to win
2. Not realistic
Some issues occur, such as the reactions of getting "caught" doing something bad. There are two examples of this:
One is when they caught the headmaster controlling "little devil" and the crowd of students all got angry at him. Guess what happened to him? Nothing. Two, when "little devil" hacked onto maid-chan's device, did she report this problem to the school district? Nope, she just accepts this. No one sane would do this. You may argue that she was a hostage, but really? No one was trying her down to prevent her from running when she met up again with our mc.
3. World Building
No school life. Even though this is a high school anime, we don't have our mc doing anything at all in the school. None of the game are tied to it and the grades aspect of high school is not even tied in with star ranks or abilities. This makes the "high school" genre feel like it's missing.
4. Fanservice
Ofc it feels like every anime these days include this stuff no matter what, and even worse in this anime is that they be making the LEAST fan service type of action be over dramatized, Alright we see middle school-chan sleep on our mc's lap, no need to extend that scene and do it again 2 episodes later. I don't know what term to call that but it's quite annoying.
Only good episodes were the first few because it actually does a good introduction on everything and draws you in. Too bad it was a let down.

Are you feeling, perhaps, getting into some weird stuff? This is the sauce bro. You see People eating mushroom placentas off baby's, some high school boys turning into human snails and breeding together, some woman stabbing her ears out, kids getting burnt alive, yeah some crazy stuff.
But thats kinda a problem, like the anime just shows this weird stuff and expects it to carry it, like by episode 3, you just realize your only watching just for the characters to suffer with no way out. These guys coulda tried to escape in episode 2, BUT NAH, they feel like its all right to stay in
...
town even though their literal classmate turning into a snail.
Also, like in episode 2, we literally see sketch marks mid-animation, like WHAT WAS THE STUDIOS BUDGET??
I'd give this a... I'd rather watch Human Centipede /10

A "slice of life" comedy about Umaru,a high school girl who has two sides, one where she stays at home and plays video games, eats junk food and bossy to her brother while the other side she behaves nice to others and socializes. Most of the episodes revolve around the idea of Umaru keeping the "otaku" side of her hidden from her friends and keeping a good image upon herself in public. Along with that, basically every episode has her yelling at her brother, with something along the lines of taking her somewhere, help her win a game prize, making her food. Some
...
may find it amusing to see the little sister keep on annoying her older brother and demanding for stuff ALL THE TIME, but for others it may be annoying to watch. The brother lets her get away with her tantrums way too much and she takes advantage of it.
Recommending this really depends if you find someone who takes advantage of people and being lazy at the same time act cute interesting or not.

If your considering watching this anime, its about a 6th grader and a college student finding love amidst finding the mystery behind who killed the kids brother.
Starting with the intro song, its GOOD 9/10
The Ending song, its alright, 6/10
Visuals: Comparing it to now, I have to give it like a 4/10, watchable for anyone. it probably would be higher back then but I'm not quite familiar with what was considered great back then.
Pacing: Im gonna divide this into 2 sections:
...
- Plot Pacing: 1/10, Anime tries to be all mysterious by not telling us anything but gives us these "clues" that don't mean anything. We're all clueless from the start as how clueless we are in episode 11
-Character Development Pacing: Not rushed, took it slow. Some characters are actually dynamic in the anime. Though some people thought it was slow, I thought it was meaningful, 8/10
Overall: 5.6 rounding up to a 6.
Recommended for those who like cat boys or like to see romantic tension between characters.
Not recommended for those who want to see a plot unfold and NOT stay stagnate

Bocchi the Rock! is an anime which follows Hitori Goto on her dream to become part of a band and pursuing her love for playing the guitar. Though on the downside she is lonely and has has a LOT of social anxiety. She goes into her first year of highschool trying to find if anyone is a "rocker" like her and too see if they want to start a band. Will she be successful, and if so how will they get fans to cheer them on? If your up to seeing a person struggling with social anxiety come and try to step up this
...
challenge, this is probably just for you. Maybe if you are into the music genre, this does go well with how it goes into the music industry and the first steps of trying to go big (along the lines of a band). I'll also say that this anime isn't like 100% serious and all as it has a lotta goofy jokes.
For the far and few, if you don't like a person who is trying to always avoid issues by running away and have her friends cheer her up and get back up in a come to age band story, then don't watch it .

(This Review is created by somebody who watched this season out of order from the rest)
If you like hitting the gym or Boxing, this anime is for you.
This anime is about the son of an orge, Baki, who goes to the Arizona State Prison to have a 1v1 with America's strongest man in order to prove himself worthy of fighting and to get stronger.
The animation quality is good and the art is unique as it puts more emphasis on definition of the face and body on the characters
The story for this season is made quite well, and it combines humor and fighting together
...
to showcase Baki's journey to defeat America's strongest man.
Be aware, there is a lot of urinating randomly on people in the anime, and I still do not understand why it's in there.
My only negative is that they make some of the fight scenes turn into a big yapfest with the side characters explaining what they see in the fight. It made me a lil bored and affected the pacing a bit, not its not that big of a deal.
Overall i loved the story but the story at times can be a little weird, giving it a light 8.

POSITIVES: The show is quite interesting if you like a mix of fighting and adventure. The animation is unique as the designs for the monsters are bizarre and it focuses on all the characters in the anime, not just the main character. I do love some of the conflicts the show puts out, such as the problems the girl faces becoming a samurai, the guy who takes an interest in art is forced into beheading criminals, and my favorite is the bad kid finding a better life after being trained by the blind samurai guy. Also the fight scenes are AMAZING! I especially loved
...
the part where Gabimaru fights off one of the flower people (I think they are called Tensen or Tengen I honestly forgot)
Also, this anime is probably not safe in the family tv room because somebody passing by will definitely give you that LOOK when the
"peach scene" pops up đđ
The flower people are a bit freaky, but it's only focused for a bit so it's all good.
NEGATIVES: However, I would like to criticize on the excess amount of backstories in this season. Backstories are needed to improve character development, but having multiple episodes carry on about backstory after backstory can be a little exhausting. It didn't affect the quality of the story that much, but I did have some moments where I wanted to skip past a few seconds forward.

When I first started this anime, I thought that this was an immediate drop because of how they sexualize the girls in the show a lot and it felt like one of those generic harem anime's where the mc is all shy and nervous but pulls all the girls. However, bc I like fight scenes, I continued watching the anime (ngl those fight scenes were pretty good for it's time).
However, my perspective changed a bit, as I realized this anime was more trying to funny (and I personally did find it funny) than rather serious.
Overall, I recommend this to those who find the
...
anime funny or for some reason just like watching a mc pull all the girls. If not this show is a flop.
First Review btw, hope you take my advice into consideration.
Edit: Also, I dunno why I gave this anime a 9/10, it literally wasn't THAT good, but I guess the humor got to the best of me a back then.
