Okay how can I put this, my first impression was aw my ending impression was blah! Does that pretty much sum it up for you? First of all, the story is similar to an H.P. Lovecraft story, so I was hoping for a really great anime. I guess if I had no expectations I might of, this is just a maybe, liked it in some way. They took a great idea for a plot and did nothing with it. There just wasn’t anything to it. The series is divided into different stories and only the last part I didn’t have to force myself watch. I
...
guess because they brought in these two characters, Mel and Rin, for some reason I liked. To me they brought a little something special to this nothingness anime.
The character development was bad. I didn’t really feel anything for the characters except for Mel and Rin. Not even that they where all that great of characters, I just seemed to like them the most. Mel is a blind girl who has some type of psychic power and Rin is her boyfriend.
The animation was the best part of this anime. The designs for the Genocybers aka cyborg thingies and characters were pretty solid. The gruesome graphics was done well. Some of the action scenes was well choreographed and had a smoothness that I liked.
Should I say avoid this anime? Yes, even though I believe some might like Genocyber. After all there is gory action throughout the anime, but in the end this anime just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Metropolis has a complex story plot. There are several characters and events going on to keep up with. The story focuses more on the characters than the events which is kind of a downfall since this can cause some to get lost on the way. Overall the story is very unique and interesting. The best part out of the whole movie was the ending. I could watch the ending a thousand times.
The character development in Metropolis was appealing. The characters brought the movie alive; they are all one of a kind. Each of them had their own unique looks, styles, and distinctive personalities.
Metropolis is
...
best known for its beautiful CGI; complete eye candy. The character animation didn’t blend in that well with the other CGI structures, but the strange daring mixture pulled me more into the movie.
I’ve seen Metropolis only in English dialogue, which I thought was great. Each of the voice actors portrayed the characters very well. The soundtrack to Metropolis was amazing. I really loved the music through out the movie, especially the ending song.
I would recommend watching Metropolis; it is a true delight.

When I watched InuYasha, I had not seen Blue Seed yet. Now that I have, I realize that InuYasha was a bit of a rip off of Blue Seed. Especially the love triangle between Kagome, Kikyo, and InuYasha is exactly the same as in Blue Seed. InuYasha does go in its own direction, but I think that’s mainly because Blue Seed was only 26 episodes and InuYasha is over 150 episodes.
InuYasha does have an exciting story to it, which I admit; I do enjoy InuYasha more than I do Blue Seed. One thing that I just loved about InuYasha was Sesshoumaru. I think InuYasha,
...
for being such a long series; it does a good job of not repeating itself. I really enjoyed the imagination and creativity put into the establishment of such a variety of demons, humans, and hanyous. . InuYasha is always branching off into new stories, which is good, always keeping your attention and the excitement, plus they are never left untold. I know most series will start a side story and just leave you hanging on never knowing what happens. When that happens, rather its a good anime or not, I’ll begin disliking it like in Escaflowne (which I am referring to the whole Allen and his sister situation).
All the characters have wonderful depth and delightful personalities. My favorite relationship out of the whole, well 2 relationships, are Sesshomaru, Rin, and Jakens, then Miruko and Sango have a nice little thing going on between them. A plus about InuYasha, it keeps everything going smoothly, bringing in characters that are just, well can’t help but love, like the 7 man army that joins (I think) during the 90’s or 100’s, somewhere around there.
I have watched InuYasha both in dubbed and subbed versions. The English dub is pretty good, but I prefer the Japanese dialogue, mainly because the voices fit better with the characters personalities. Oh and it’s like OMG the music in InuYasha is awesome. I have 2 of the soundtracks, and I just love every minute of it. So not only are you going to get to enjoy an incredible charming series, but listen to delightful music.
I highly recommend InuYasha, but I also believe you should watch Blue Seed too if you like InuYasha. All Audiences should enjoy this anime. It provides a nice amount of comedy, action, adventure, romance, so everyone should enjoy InuYasha.

Golden Boy is about a twenty five year old guy, named Kintaro, who had completed all credits for college but dropped out right before graduation. He has decided to study all he can learn about life. He now specializes himself in day-dreaming, temporary part time jobs dealing with different areas of interest, and lets not forget, beautiful girls. Kintaro travels on his trusty pink bicycle, keeping notes about what he learns about life in his notebook, and living his life in the happiest of ways. Kintaro is a very caring guy, always trying to help out and learn new things from different people. Even though
...
people try underestimate him during the series, they can only to be proved how great and determined Kintaro can be, aside of his naughty little toilet fetish. Each episode he gets a new job, finding himself in the difficult situations, and always managing to have a gorgeous woman involved in the story.
Golden Boy is an anime with really no plot what so ever, but for some reason, it just made me love it even more. The whole time it just focuses on Kintaro going from temporary job to temporary job always finding these beautiful women, with different stories to each episode. I laughed so hard on this anime, I cried. The animation was good for the most part; it would go from extreme detail to kindergarten drawing, which just made it even more ridiculously funny. The one and only main character, being Kintaro, had great development; he was very expressive, emotional, determinative, crazily kind person with high value. You just couldn’t help but love him, even with his toilet fetish and perverted ways.
I loved the different aspects they show during the series about life and people always in the funniest of ways. The music was good, I loved the opening theme. I also loved how they show him traveling on his bicycle in the opening, I don’t know why, and I can’t really tell you why, but I just loved it. The English dub version was pretty good, so I would say you could watch it subbed or dubbed. I think in the English dub, his voice talent expressed him better, and just matched his personality better.
The sense of humor is very sexual and perverted, which can be offensive to the people who don’t find that sense of humor appropriate. I personally find implication of this type of comical humor hilarious.
I think if you have a perverted sense of humor, you will really love this anime. It has brief nudity, not really that it has a lot of sex, or nudity, but the strong sexual humor taints this anime!!! Golden Boy is for the mature audience, eighteen and older. Even though this is a mature anime, it will bring tears to your eyes it is so comical. I would say, if you like Golden Boy, I would also recommend you to take the time and watch GTO, Great Teacher Onizuka, which is some what on the same level of humor, and reminded me a lot of each other.
