They have a different story but for some reason while reading it, it reminds me of these manga, They're really good and really deserves their ratings. I don't have much to say on it but I think if you have read either of these you should try the other as well. So please give it a try.

Hope you'll like these two - Well hosaka-sensei is rather short but its kind of fast paced considering the amount of chapters on it so for those who like fast development will like it. - Good amount of sweetness between these two so I'd like for you guys to give both a try :)

Not that similar concept. But I can assure that you'll like this one as well. Akutsu-san is all about a gyaru living off on MC's apartment (kinda). While the other is a really cute(unique?) chemistry between the two. Might as well give it a try.

The manga have the same concept as this one. Where the girl is in the public moral committee while the boy is more straightforward in this one and say anything what comes to his mind. And the romance goes well with both of them trust me you'll like this so might as well give it a try.
