If you liked the comedy in Konosuba you'll probably like it in Black Company. Kinji has the same power level as Kazuma: absolutely poor from the get go. And if Kazuma's banter with his companions is fun for you, Kinji's banter with his companions will make you remember this for a while. They have the similar amount of character development (small arcs)

Neither take themselves too seriously, the Goddesses suffer the most from the protagonists, true gender equality was woven into their very being, they're not your typical "nice-guy who wears black and is incredibly nice, cool and overpowered, with women flocking to them at every turn" they're assholes and it's amazing.

Two of my favourites, the protagonists make the anime they are in so much better, the interaction with side characters adds even more to it, the world building is solid and the pace of each show works great. They don't have the typical approach that Isekai tend to have "slash slash stabbity stab stab" more planned out ways of achieving that win.

You got comedy with these, hey it's fun to watch the difference between someone who has no powers at the start, whilst having a Goddess that has little power, then compare it to a demon king who's just living life working part time, whilst putting up with a knight who tried to kill him. They're good to watch with some friends on a weekend, or alone.
