...then you might like Bungou Stray Dogs add

Both main characters are half animal half human. There is a tone of comedy and hints of seriousness in both. They both discuss the notion of belonging and finding one's place. Inuyasha and Atsushi also both have white hair and though They're not alike on the surface. They come through in a pinch. Both are growing toward being the best men they can be, all shaped by their chosen family. If you like one you'll probably like the other.

The story of half breed heroes. Inuyasha is half-demon and Ken Kaneki is a half-ghoul. Both use their powers to fight others of their kind and protect their friends. Neither one feels like they fit in anywhere. Tokyo Ghoul has a much darker tone, but both explore the common theme of belonging, reconciling their past and their inhuman and sometimes monstrous nature.

Simon looks like Goku but acts like Yamcha, bumbling and not confident. Kamina seems like Yamcha but acts like Goku. Yoko gives Bulma vibes. There is the spirit of the journey west in both stories, DB more than GL but it's still there. If you like the sense of high adventure from one you will probably like the other.

Both anime have themes of religious mythology ( Saint Seiya Greek and Blassreiter Gnostic/Christian.) Both have instances where the faith and powers of all of the other heroes are placed in the main character to defeat a big bad. Seiya is a little less dark but still has its somber moments like most early anime.

These series aren't exactly the same. But they do tell the tales of two anti heroes whose families were torn from them. Who gained a power that originated with their enemies but they ultimately use to wagear war against them. Who will be undone by those same powers in due time. Both are dark tragic and thought provoking as well.

Teenagers who have lost a parent strap on super armor and go on a quest for revenge all the while trying to control the rage that butns inside them (one of them literally burns). All the while pursued by the powers that be in their city. If you like one you'll probably like the other.

Wasted locale's, hunted men and inhuman arms are just three similarities that these anime have. They also have a similar feel and great fights.
