I recently started writing reviews so am not gonna go full on philosophical like most people did.
Usagi Drop is a short anime about a 30 year-old man raising the illegitimate child of his grandfather( a 5 year-old girl). The anime follows the daily life of Daikichi and Rin (the cutest anime character in history) and how Daikichi learns about parenthood and family while Rin is learning about life.
For me, the anime is an absolute masterpiece since it fulfills its purpose. It's simply an anime that will put a smile on your face and a warm fluffy feeling in your heart. The art, sound and voice

Shinsekai Yori (From the New World) a catchy title that you will see in all 25 episodes of the anime (to keep reminding you that they came up with a good name i guess). Anyway, it's about a group of children in a post-apocalyptic future living in a controlling society that keeps children in the dark about all sorts of things. The anime is about the search for the truth, weather about the human history or about the current society, and about themselves and their feelings and personalities.

I hate long reviews so i ll make this quick and spoiler free.
The movie is an absolute masterpiece that will make you dying for the second season to air. Made in Abyss the only anime that can make this kind of mixture of cuteness and and darkness and wrap it all up in the most outstanding art and music creating a dream-like atmosphere that will make you live every second of it and end it with the bitterness of waking up from a beautiful engaging dream.
