Personally, I loved it. It goes on the same way as all the other isekai: get reincarnated, get stronger (in this one, not literally), and become someone important in person, but somehow, it's also quite different. It's funny, It's cute and it's full of action. It makes you think, while you can also laugh or even cry. It has a lot of character growth, even in side characters. The ending for the season is great because it shows potential for continuation, but it also has a great finish, meaning if you watch it you won't be grumpy for the next season, because it also ... would be a good finishing point. The art style is beautiful and it's not full of CGI. If you love isekai and war or military animes, then it's for you.

To tell the truth, I don't see what's the big hype for. I heard a lot of times that this is one of the best isekai there is, but the only thing I see is a little story with a lot of perversion, here and there are some character growing or more significant happenings. I can't really watch more than 4 to 5 episodes after each other because I lost interest, in the end, it's only my own pride that makes me watch this anime. For the most part, I can't find interest in it, even though Isekai is one of my favorite genres. I ... hope the late seasons will be better. To say something positive about it, at least the graphic is good.
