So unforeseeable is the nature of life. Who would have thought this would be the show I'd write a review for? But here I am. There are some reasons for me doing this. First of all, this show is not well known compared to others in its genre. Secondly, I've finished it in such a short time that I think I just made a new record for myself. (Actually I still think I finished Hentai Ouji quicker but that show was meh). Thirdly, I like the characters in this one.

want to watch this show? The answer varies. There comes a night when you're supposed to do something but you cannot get your mind to it and find yourself looking for something interesting on the net instead. Unexpectedly, you come across a show that intrigues you because of the masochism theme set in school life. Or you could just be listening to anime ops/eds on Youtube and come across this one's. Regardless, the show is interesting so once you complete the first episode, you reluctantly click on the second, then the third, and so on. Before long, you have watched all 12 episodes in approximately 4 and a half hours, and the clock ticks morning. That is what happened to me anyway. I didn't find it a waste of time, however. The plot may appear over exploited and repetitive at times but the attempts at humour are spot on. I will spoil you with just one minor (major) cue, there's a freaking spirit bomb. The last eps tend to be a bit boring compared to the first half but saved by the ending, which was fitting in my opinion.
The art for this show is not something to be amazed by. So is the music. The voice acting is brilliant though. There are some fanservice here and there but you cannot look away from it, otherwise there'd be hardly any anime these days to watch. Apparently the show was adapted from a LN, whose author died mysteriously without giving the series a conclusion. That alone was enough for some to check out the show and see what force was at work behind the scene which caused him to leave early. All in all, this is not a pain to watch like some other ones I have and dropped recently. Hope this helps.
