Now as somebody who has seen Tate no Yuusha S1 I was very excited to see the next installment coming to us. The big spirit tortoise arc that people read in the books with a whole lot of training and development for the other heros and the main party. But unfortunately just like how it started it has been skipped.
Tate no Yuusha gave us a great season 1, but at this moment the whole thing feels bland, pathetic and very cut up to make this arc gone as quickly as possible with just people standing random circles not having any traits what so ever.

have your fair knight Eclair you didn't even know got thrown in the mix as they skipped the arc and you got Rishaa getting way too much screentime with her sad story and making it even more unbearable.
Now believe me the story in the books is good, great even and gets us to the next plot which will probably be introduces halfway. But as I believe that the budget is not even halve of what it was for Season 1 and maybe not even a quarter I only have feelings of 'could-have-been' instead of waiting for it.
Now a lot of people have somehow given this season a 7 already with the dreadful display in quality drop but if poeple didn't fanboy this so hard for the 'Shield Hero S2' kind of idea they should see that the quality isn't what fans deserve.
