If you are easily upset, this manga is not for you.

Lets start with the story;
A young gladiator slave escapes from captivity and joins a bandit group. Some time later the bandit group is annihilated by a vampire women, leaving only the MC alive.
He proceeds to learn and train with the vampire, leaving her to explore the world when he turns 18, claiming that he will get his own kingdom.
From there on out, is basically an adventuring manga with a harem collecting subplot.
Although I don't have much experience recognizing and analizing worldbuilding, I dare to say that the author is very good at it.

This next part ... contains spoilers:
The MC joins the personal army of the second prince, which is disguised as a mercenary band, and when the king dies they proceed to take over the country by force, killing the first prince and prime minister in the process. He recieves knighthood and becomes the captain of a squadron.

Art:
The art is not superb, but it is very good.
You feel an early berserk type aura from it.

Characters:
The MC is basically a less tragic and way more horny Guts.
Most girls in his harem are only showed once as one night stands
Other more important and interesting characters apear past chp 16, but they are not good enough to raise the overall character score.

Enjoyment:
I am going to be straightforward, the manga has a lot of sex, and some scenes that are questionable or even wrong by standards of the modern day. But the manga is not set on this day and age, it is set on the dark ages of humanity where a most people were cucoo and had 10yo wives. And although the protagonist does nothing to girls under 14, he does make some comments that are kind of groomy towards a 12yo and a 14yo. (But, keep in mind the setting, and him being only 18 too)
The fights are really great, and the art does a really good job presenting them to us, and even if the story feels bland at times, it is acceptable
