Claymore is a Manga that, while rather simple in it's overall mysteries and characters, has excellent structure in story arcs and combat. Barring the first one or two volumes (which are mostly introducing the world) the story goes from arc to arc with little pause and an excellent sense of flow. This makes it very easy to get into as there is a constant sense of progression despite there not being any concrete overarching goals that characters are achieving (at the start of the story at least)
