I don't know what happened, but the anime to me is a complete joke. I enjoyed the manga alot, and to be fair i did like different things like the art and how everything was animated, that wasn't bad. However the sound, the progression, transitions were all disgusting for what this could have been.

Sound
- it felt like the voice actors came cheap and they picked whoever offered to do it. It sounded terrible it didn't feel like most of the voice actors even fit with the characters
-The sound gets irritating as well from basically how bad it all played out. Especially if their shouting ... or screaming is annoying, ASTA.
-music decent, wasn't bad
Progression
-There is no feeling of progression that you typically see in these types of shounen animes where the main character grows with experience. we're just left with some kid who bring out some swords from a book, feels like the real progression are left with the side characters.
Transition
-this mainly ties in with the sound, but adding onto their terrible voice acting the way it shifts lines from character to narrator to character is stupid, i hate it.

Story- it's your typical generic shounen type of setting of hoping to achieve something great with hard work and overcoming obstacles. It is not a bad type of story and has alot of potential to be interesting.
Art- The magic looked really cool, the fighting was well animated and smooth.
Characters- generic but interesting characters, tsundere good for nothing rich girl, naruto like attitude big sword wielding kid, OP do it all magic rival, etc. yep, not that bad.

Enjoyment- really low, the voice acting just totally strips any type of immersion. you start to get into it "maybe it's not that bad" terrible voice acting, bad transitions, and Asta annoying screaming "nevermind"

Story: Out of all the other animes I have seen detective conan probably has the best story to it. It has a lot of depth and I get excited each time a episode comes out when it is related to the story.

Art: Not the best out of the rest. But it improved over time, but it doesn't look the greatest still.

Sound: The voice acting is good, there are points in time where the voice acting sounds awkward, but that is not usually with the main characters so there isn't much of a big deal in that aspect. The music nicely fits with the anime. Every ... time i hear the main theme I can't believe how well it fits with the anime. The background music makes the atmosphere, it really adds into the experience.

Character: Each of the characters have nice and interesting side stories. Rarely do I get excited by looking into a side character's backstory, but in detective conan every side character feels like a main character. Usually the best episodes are those that involved the main side characters as a note. E.g: Heiji, Akai, Sera, Black Org, etc.

Overall: The story is fantastic however the story progression is slow, so if you want to watch only for the story development this may not be the best option. And although the art isn't that good, if you don't mind it this anime is definitely a must recommend.

Story: was fine, it has a wonderful story to it although it is very cliche. The story itself is quite interesting and has alot of potential by itself.

Art: The art was beautiful, it wasn't as good as some animes where the art was gorgeous to look at, but the use of colors in this anime were very easy on the eyes and pleasant to look at.

Sound: This is where the anime really falls short. The voice acting was simply not good. The problem wasn't really that the voicing was in Korean, I have no interest in what language a anime is shown at. However the ... timing in the conversations are off and it does not sound pleasing. The voicing sounded very awkward to the point of cringing. This may be due to Koreans not being used to voicing for anime. There are points in the anime where the voice acting is not that bad, but there are very few moments.

Character: I give it a pass, again tho it is very cliche. Not a lot of backstory for the characters.

Enjoyment: For me enjoyment for an anime really comes from the sound, and story. The story was cliche and the voice acting was terrible, so on an enjoyment scale it was low.

Overall: If you don't mind the voice acting, it is not all that bad. The art is great to look at and even tho the story type is quite overused it has the potential to be interesting.
