Saint Seiya

Aside from these being classic 80s battle shounen titles (which serialized at roughly the same time in Weekly Shonen Jump), there's more similarities between Stardust Crusaders and Saint Seiya than you'd expect. Both feature the main characters racing against the clock and traversing large distances in order to save the life of a beloved woman and in the process they face off against several powerful foes whose mission is to stop them from reaching their destination. In both stories the characters have habilities with specific sets of rules, in both stories the protagonist's hability involves delivering a large amount of powerful punches that move at extremely high speeds, in both stories one of the members of the crew goes blind during battle, in both stories one of the members is assumed dead but returns some chapters later, in both stories the main villain's power is related to the perception of reality, in both stories there's a lot of references to ancient civilizations (in JJBA's case it's Egypt, in Saint Seiya it's Greece), in both stories the villains are named and organized following a specific naming convention related to pagan knowledge (JJBA: tarot, Saint Seiya: astrology), in both stories villains join the crew once they learn how powerful and virtuous the warriors are... Anyways, lots of similarities, if you enjoyed Stardust Crusaders, make sure to give Saint Seiya a read

Violence Jack
|
While Violence Jack is a lot more mature in its content, the narrative style between both mangas is very similar. Both start out with simple stories about groups of gangsters/criminals facing off against an unbeatable hero, who gains the appreciation of several characters as the story progresses, and those characters join the hero's side in order to reach their individual objectives. One Piece, like Violence Jack, also gradually transforms its initially simple plot into a larger, all-encompassing, story of wars and political conflicts, and the characters that originally only held some small influence on their surroundings now see themselves facing off against the largest forces of evil in that universe. If you like this aspect of One Piece and want something more violent and mature, check out Violence Jack.
