One of the best Isekai's I have read. It got an actual plot than the generics of the genre.

Story: Mc discovers himself in one RPG game he played before, but in the body of one of the most hated side villains in the game - Herold Stokes, born in a notorious noble family. As ex player of the game, he knows everything that should happen. He must play his villain role, and very carefully to not alter anything that was about to occur according to game story or else, it might lead to the very destruction of the world.

He plays the henious villain act ... in the front, but being a kind person inside, he can not help saving others who were fated to meet a tragic end according to game's story (death flags), but these alterations lead to complications one after another, he must overcome everything to barely keep things going out of control. And he is not overpowered beyound logic or, with some exceptional skill like generic isekai's. Knowing his fate, what was about to come, he has to make himself stronger and do anything to ensure the original story development.

Although Herold must act cruelly towards everyone his secret kind dids get known by many which lead to unwanted developments throughout the manga, many developments Harold himself not aware of. One of which is the slow one sided secret romantic build up when the opposite was to happen. This is in fact one of the main attraction of the manga that will keep you going.

And It is one of the isekai's you get to see characters grow over time, child to adolescent...

It is one of the very few consistant manga/manhwa that made me dive into Light Novel after reaching the manga's end. I recommend everyone as it is very one of the few underrated gems imo.
