This manga is yet another Otome Isekai with a twist.
Yes, they always have a twist, but this time the twist is that it's not told from the "villainess" POV, but by her fiancee - the prince.
Said prince is a prodigy and bored to death, utill he meets the absolute adorable idiot that is Bertia. Bertia claims to remember the world they live in from a game and can somewhat predict the future (as it's given for this setting), but everyone else thinks she's just dellusional. But since the Prince hasn't anything interesting to do anyways he prepares for a pandemic she predicted regardless. And
...
it turns out she was right. From that point on he knows she's not talking nonsense and takes her somewhat seriously.
As characters you have the protagonist, said genius prince, a deadpan snarker and somewhat bored prodigy, the idiot "villainess" who's just too kind for her own good and the heroine from the original game. They are all very fun to follow, at no point I was bored of the story.
If you like Otome Isekai, this is a good read. It's short, it's hillarious and it leaves no open ends.
Imo it's a 9/10 for Otome stories and a 7/10 in general.

TL;DR It's good! Read it!
Before going into details here, I want to specify one thing in particular: This Manga is also a love story. I have seen a some people complain about "forced romance" - the romance was there before everything else:
It starts with Ayase breaking up with her boyfriend. She gets consoled more or less by her gyaru friends, then she proceeds sulkin and walking around the school corridors "will I ever find another ken?" She then sees Takakura, whom she shields from bullies. This is her introduction, these are her establishing character moments. And her relationship with Takakura has a
...
heavy focus on the fact that he not only has the same name as her favourite actor, but also tends to use some phrases the actor is known for. This is all in the first chapter by the way.
And the rest of the story so far relies HEAVILY on sexual themes. Not innuendos. There are pages that taken out of context would have people asking for the 6 digits.
So anyone who thinks the romance here is forced has not been paying attention.
With this out of the way, lets get started:
While roughly 25 chapters in I would already consider this one of my favourite Manga of all time. The art is astonishing, the character designs feel unique. The story is crazy, but good. And everything is over the top.
The switch between comedy and serious tearjerker can flip in an instant and hit you with a delay, so you won't realize that you've been tricked a few pages ago.
Story:
The main plot starts with the two MCs "bonding" over their interest in supernatural stuff. He believes in Aliens, she believes in Ghosts. But both don't believe in the thing the other one believes in. So they challenge each other to go to a location where a supernatural thing they don't believe in would show up.
Turns out both were right about the thing they believed in existing.
This kickstarts a cascade of events. Ayase unlocks some powers, Okarun gets his Genitals stolen. You read that right.
10/10
Art:
As mentioned before, the Art is great. It is cartoonish/chibi when they argue with each other, but dark and detailed when the mood is serious and the soroundings are scary.
A thing I found interesting in particular is that most characters are drawn to be rather short - without the overly long legs normal High school Manga draw them with.
Characters:
While writing this there are three characters to care about in particular:
Ayase, Momo - She's the heroine.
She's a good person at heart, but she also doesn't seem to like showing it. She's shown to be superficial in her introduction, chosing the worst guy possible as her boyfriend, only because of his looks - but that's just one part of her. She appears to be strong willed and smart when needed, but also shy and insecure. So more or less an anxty teenager.
Takakura, Ken - the hero
Ayase calls him "Okarun" because he has the same name as the actor she likes and she feels like it wouldn't feel right calling him that. He's introduced as an otaku without friends, Ayase taking pity on him and shielding him from bullies is probably the best thing ever happening to him at school.
He's very interested in aliens, and he confuses Ayase's motivation to just do a good deed with genuine interest in that stuff. He grows a lot through his interactions with Ayase, to the point he starts to work out in secret so he could impress her.
Shiratori, Aira - the third wheel
Shiratori gets introduced as an Alpha bitch. But as with the other characters, this is just a red herring. In reality she's a true chunin, believing she's a magical girl and the main heroine of the story. In her mind Okarun is a guy she needs to save from the evil demon controling Ayase.
As with the others she's also very inexperienced about love, her only ideas are from Manga and Women's magazines. Have I mentioned this is a love story as well?
Anyways, every character is flawed but also very likeable.
10/10
Overall this is one of the best Manga I've read this year. I would rank it in my top 10 of all time, but since we are only 25 chapters in there MIGHT be the possibility of it getting bad. At the point of this review I don't see it though.
Go read it!

TL;DR: It's cute slice of life, if you like that, read it.
Suou is a loner with social anxiety who spends most of his life holed up in his room. One day a random girl appears in his room and plays games with him. In his eyes she must be a saint!
Going further into the story we learn, that Suou is not orstracized or disliked by his peers. He as a genuine anxiety, which makes him stand out from your average "loser/loner" MC. When he starts going to classes again most people try to socialize with him, but he can't handle it that well.
The
...
Saint helps him with daily stuff and gives him genuine good advice - advice that she can't follow herself most of the time. Further into the story we get other characters, most noteably a quadruple tailed Tsundere, nicknamed the Berserker by MC.
At the moment the story didn't go anywhere except for him collecting "party members" and going on the adventure that is daily life for a dude with severe anxiety. But the girls are cute and the MC as well. At the time of this review I'd rate this 7/10

Before I start: This Anime is tanking at least 1 Point from me because of the 3D animation. In my option it just never looks good, in this case it looks more or less like a game rather than an Anime.
As a huge fan of the Manga I was looking forward to this. Story is great, Characters are amazing and the setting too.
But the way this Anime is done is not really to my liking. While the Manga has a lot of it's charme from the Art, the Anime does not - they decided to make it 3D models.
What would have worked better (IMO)
...
was doing it in a style like Toilett-bound hanako-kun. But here we are, 3/10 for Art.
But I stil enjoyed it and the story is the same as in the Manga, so it's overall a 7/10 for me. But boy I could've been so much better.
Read the Manga, guys.

Peach Boy Riverside is a Manga, I really like. I wrote a review of it, back when I discovered it.
To anyone who hasn't read the Manga - Just wait until this Season is completed and watch it afterwards, the current release order is bad.
This Anime... is a bit so-so
The biggest problem is the release order. For some reason the producers decided to air the Episodes out of order, so far we have episode 2, episode 3, episode 9 and then episode 1.
Starting with Episode 2 was okay. Putting Episode 9 after Episode 3 was not. Not only did Episode 9 Spoil some development
...
big time, viewers also ended up with not one but two unsolved cliffhangers back to back.
Another thing the Anime does is giving Sally some lewd scenes that aren't there in the Manga for no other reason than Fan service. I have no idea why someone thought that was a good idea, but here we are.
Stil, the Animation is good and the story is amazing - I can't rate this as badly as I want to.
But Hell, the circumstances of this Anime suck. They really butchered my most expected Anime for this season.
7/10 overall.

TL;DR - It's cute, easily digestible fluff.
Expressionless Kashiwada-san and Emotional Oota-kun is an episodic gag Manga, the punchline is usually the same: Oota tries to prank Kashiwada so she makes an expression.
Since she moves no muscle he always thinks she's not fazed at all, while she is actually scared, amused or whatever the reaction was he was trying to get. But despite him bullying her on a daily basis she's really into him and he's also into her. So this has the "when will they confess" undertone a lot of other School Manga have, but in this case Kashiwada tried to confess early on,
...
only for him to interrupt her.
You might think the joke with a girl with a dot as a mouth might get old after a while, but surprisingly it doesn't.
You also get a lot of meta humor and fun side characters.
So if you like generic school comedy romance fluff, here read this. The gimmick is in the title, there aren't many surprises. If you enjoy a Kuudere, read this as well.
7/10 for me.

So there is something to this Manga, that made it good.
The introduction was rather slow. MC thinks he is in a dating game, soon realizes that it's actually a death game. He can scout "targets" and while he first thinks he has to seduce them, his actual work turns out to be more of a detective work.
And that's okay.
What really sets this apart for me are the two main female characters.
There is one woman who lacks some common sense, but is good natured deep down. She is a professional at her job, cares for the MC in a kind of big sister way
...
but also a little more.
The other female lead is a really twisted Yandere type who's almost impossible to please. She uses the MC as a toy but seems to fall for him more and more. As far as I'm concerned she's the reason for me to read this Manga, because I do love my powerful Yandres.
The MC is a bit of an idiot, but he has his moments.
Sometimes he is able to deduce why things happened and what he has to do, but other times he is having circular thoughts without a real end to them.
He learns to adapt to the game world he's traped in over the time, so he has some character development and gets better.
People give him shit for not dicking down the Yandere, but honestly - thats like recommending to fuck a praying mantis.
So if you like well balanced ecchi gore, Yanderes and game world scenarios this is the Manga for you.
9/10 as of chapter 46.

The Dangers in my heart - or Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu, if you prefer Japanese is a story about social awkward teenagers who fall in love with each other.
Of course every Romcom needs to have a gimmick, so you can tell it apart from the rest. This one features the smallest guy in class with the tallest girl of the school.
On the first view they don't seem to have nothing in common, but the more the story progresses, the more you see how well they fit together:
Ichikawa is interested in morbid things like murder and crime, likes skulls and dark clothes -
...
things that make him the "weird kid" and a social outcast. A lot of stuff only happens in his head, he wants to be mean and cruel, but deep down he's a very caring person who wouldn't hurt a fly. He spends most of his time in the library, the place where Yamada, the female MC hangs out a lot as well... but for a different reason.
Yamada is a tall girl with extraordinary beauty. She works as a modell and is well liked by her peers and the other students at school. She has a lot of admireres as well, she's often the focus of attention. But she is not described as a perfect girl at all, she has many faults and quirks. She never excells at anything, she's mediocre at most things she does. The reason she meets Ichikawa in the library? She hides there to eat snacks in secret.
Since you see most of the story throug Ichikawa's eyes you'll gradually see more and more sides of her.
This manga is extraordinary in the means of "Show don't tell." Most of the characters' actions are nonverbal, sometimes they even contradict their words. It also doesn't shy away from conversations "real" teenagers would have, that one guy of the friend group for example does talk about Porn and Sex a lot. Compared to other dense MCs or "handholding is lewd" Manga, this one handles these things in a realistic manner.
The Art is not overly complicated, but unique. The characters look goofy for the comedic scenes but also bring the point accross when the mood gets serious.
I personally couldn't help but smile almost the whole time while reading this manga.
9/10.

A cute, rather Silly OVA for the not so silly Youjo Senki.
It's almost wholesome fluff - the gang is deployed to the desert and has nothing to eat but pasta without anything - every single day.
So what do they do to escape this hell of boring food?
Raid every single enemy base that has a huge storage of supplies so they can eat well...
As far as I am informed this plays after S1 but before the movie. I was told that the "Desert Arc" is way longer in the novels, but they decided to cut it so the movie could happen. No idea if that's
...
right or not because I probably won't read the novel.
And their desert Uniforms look great!
If you liked isekai quartett and Youjo Senki you will like this as well.
8/10 for me.

While this is a really nice Isekai with a fresh story and new ideas, the Author seems to have written themselves into a corner. Because the series is either on hiatus or axed, there haven't been any updates in a while.
Which is sad, because this was one of the most promising Mangas I had the pleasure to read lately!
The MC is a Magician who gets isekaid after burning to death by accident. Having searched for real magic his whole life, he is very happy to meet a witch right away - only to learn that the "witch" is just a woman who knows how
...
to cure people with herbs she finds in the forest. And it's the dark middle ages of Europe, with the Witch hunts...
As I said, the start was great. But without spoiling too much, I can also see why the author doesn't know where to go from here.
7/10
