This manga is pretty dark and fast-paced, it also has a bit of yuri which is a nice bonus. However, it was a little too fast and I could never really get into it. Like I have seen a lot of stories similar to this one; basically a story which showcases the dark side of human beings especially through some kind of "game" is pretty common. That's not a criticism, however, the problem here for me is that this manga does not separate itself from any other manga that has similar ideas. The only unique aspect as far as I can tell is that
...
there is some yuri action.
In general I like brutal stuff, where a death can occur anytime, and you never know who is gonna die, even a main character can just randomly die. I think that's really fun, and I really was not sure if even the MC was gonna make it out of the game alive. However, a death of any character in a story is not gonna be impactful if there was no attachment to the characters in the first place. The problem with a lot of the character deaths is that there was never a backstory or any kind of information about anyone. Like this person gets stabbed randomly, and then they say something that is supposed to be emotional/meaningful as their last words but like I don't even care because who the frick even are you? I've known you for about a solid 3 panels im not gonna feel any emotion from your dying monologue. Basically i'm saying this manga was TOO fast paced for its own good. There was never anytime to get to know all the characters and thus their deaths / surviving meant very little on an emotional level.
Art was decent.
I didn't find any of the characters interesting
The story was not unique.
I know this review is terriblely written but hopefully this provides some sort of insight into this manga. Its really short so pick it up if you want something fast .

Warning: Spoilers ahead.
Story: 8/10
Museum is a really well done mystery series, kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. No scene is wasted and are all important to the plot and story. There are no major flaws to the story, I just don't think its brilliant or particularly creative. There is no major twist or idea that brings the manga to the next level. It was thrilling, had some interesting moments, but that's about it.
Character: 7/10
Much like the story all the characters fit into the series nicely. The main focus being on our detective who doesn't bring enough attention
...
to his family. Hes a mildly interesting character, who has his flaws and strengths. However, we never really get to see any development in his character. Like I get that it's a 28 chapter series, but for some reason the ending suggests he commited suicide to go to heaven with his family or whatever. Maybe I misinterpreted this ending, but it doesn't make sense to me. I would've expected him to learned his mistakes and treated his family better, maybe got back together with his wife. But the ending given is weird and feels weak in relation to the detective's character. Another problem I have with the characters is the mass murderer/self-proclaimed artist. Not that there was anything wrong with him but I felt that his motives should have been explored more. What drives him to kill others for his own art? Or just an interesting backstory as to how he ended up like this. Felt like our main villain here really didn't get explained a whole lot despite being an important character, and potentially an interesting one too.
Art 7/10
its fine. The characters didn't stand out or appealed to me very much but the art itself is good.
Enjoyment 9/10
Fast paced, short, action packed, mystery. I read this series in one sitting and the mini stories were also fun to read. Very enjoyable manga.
Overall 8.2/10
For me, it's not perfect but because of the entertainment value I give it a solid 8.2/10.

Hi, I'm kinda new to reviewing stuff (actually this is my first one), as there are no reviews of this manga at the time, I'm here to fill this empty space.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!!
Story: 5/10
Considering how short it is, I guess the story is OK I didn't see any real meaning to the whole story when it came to the Room. It just seems like a convenient way to set a stage for the author's ideas. Or maybe all stories are like that? I might be being harsh here, I don't know. The plot twist was fine, and I also like game over endings, since
...
that doesn't happen very often these days.
Character: 7/10
In a weird way, the characters are more the story than the idea of the Room. What I mean by that is that the characters all have kinda interesting backstories. I particularly liked the gamer guy who died super early. He thought he was gonna be a hero and got eaten so fast (lol) (wait that's not funny...) Most importantly is the brothers, wherein a plot twist, we find out who the real murderer was. I thought that the murderer's reasoning to kill his brother's wife was a little shallow. Seeing how rational he can be (making that plan to kill the monster), yet so irrational at the same time, it is kinda interesting but doesn't make sense to me. Then again, the guy is delusional apparently so maybe it doesn't need to make sense. Lots of the character decisions are questionable but it's really hard for me to say that they were impossible since I've never been in that sort of situation before. But being "brave" enough to kill yourself but not brave enough to at least try to stab the monster or maybe throw the knife at it, or beg to the guy to not shoot you seems to be more favourable. (Quotations on brave so no one gets the wrong idea, just lack of a better word.)
Art: 7/10
It's not beautiful or anything, but the art gives off that creepy atmosphere really well which is perfect for the story. The characters all looked fine. Not much to say here, the art definitely doesn't take away from the story.
Enjoyment: 8/10
Honestly despite how unrealistic everything seemed I was sucked in the reading right away and finished the whole thing pretty fast. I like fun and short reads so this was right for me.
Overal:l 7.0/10 Fun read, but don't expect anything heavy or substantial message from it. Just a quick time passer.
