I said I have a chance to get to Italy on fellowship by an invitation from one of the labs, with which my boss collaborates. One of Italian professors even came for work to us this October. I haven't been in Italy this year on holidays. I was in Scandinavian countries (except Norway) and Benelux. Oh that was summer , but yeah, when it snows it takes time to get it off. Sometimes we go to remove snow from our car when we don't plan to go anywhere.

You're probably stopped being hardcore anime watcher, because you didn't get to masterpiece titles yet and those you're trying to watch are so-so (that's what happening to me) . I'm out of anime lately too and rarely watching it. I'm tired of searching (deleted over 400from my ptw this summer) and I think I'll watch only Detective Conan, which is nothing significant in first episodes, but will be good on Black organisation arc (that's what people are saying). I wish I watched it when I was little, because it's kinda like Harry Potter in the way the story gets more mature while the audience grows up.
From newer shows there are few titles: Zankyo no terror (from summer season 8.5/10), Gekkan shoujo Nozaki kun (very funny - the first comedy anime where I laughed ), Fate stay night remake (9.5/10), Akatsuki no Yona, Nanatsu no taizai and Shigatsu wa kimi no uso (about classic music, overly dramatic but performances are great). I also found Tejou tenge good shounen despite its low rating.

Well, about Japanese itself: There are audio lessons, which I love, japanesepod101.com. they are not free, but I bought them from this site. I can share some of them with you in Vk or by the email. To learn kanji I made cards where I drew them on and put them on the seen place, but my mom removed them and I forgot T_T. In japanesepod there are lessons about hiragana katakana kanji too. Watashi nihongo wo japanesepod101.com kara soshite anime kara benkyou shimashita. ^^
I nearly forgot: the last arc of HxH 2011 was brilliant. :)

I just heard about stiff air in summer in countries like China and Japan, but I still haven't visited Asia to see for sure. It doesn't look like it will happen in 2015. I only have a chance for Italy :to get there on fellowship by invitation (difficult task though) . Are you traveling around Japan with your family or alone? In fact I could go and visit this country for winter holiday trip if I knew I don't have any exams in January. Our lecturer got sick and we were exempted from January examination and only defended thesis. That's a big relief and we're free since this Saturday!
I managed to travel to Benelux and Scandinavian countries this summer with my parents. We did it by car like I described it before. I don't know where I will be in 2015. I feel like the next year will be very short. We won't notice how it will pass, haha.

This fall two professors came to our lab to work temporary : the one is from Italy and the other is from India. That's cool that foreign people are coming to work in our place. We got better in English thanks to them.

OoOh, that's great to hear!! I can recommend how to learn it. I understand what they're saying, and wanted to go to Japanese lessons to learn kanji, but that's difficult to find time ,of course.;). Are you still watching anime? I have took long breaks from it twice, because the best titles are ongoing and they are comparingly better than those from my ptw and on hold. It's hard to watch titles like Nanatsu no taizai and Akatsuki no Yona 20 minutes per week. I want to marathon them and can't wait when they're finished. I made more lists about my favorite anime on my page btw. Malgraph helps a lot to make classifications.

Hi!!! I'm perfectly fine. Merry Christmas to you too, Thanks!! I like my new PhD student life. Finally I'll have normal winter holidays without any exams since next week. Last 5 years I didn't have a chance to enjoy Christmas and New Year celebrations much, because I had to learn a lot to pass difficult exams. Now I can't believe my luck.
This month I had travelled to Moscow on a business trip and the weather was perfect : it was over -5 ,-2 Celsius with beautiful snowfall. Moscow was shining due to New Year celebrations. The places we visited looked amazing (especially Red Square) and we made a lot of photos. When I returned back home the weather was the same as you describe, and I was "meh , why did I have to return!" It was the first time I visit Moscow in Winter and I was very excited about that.

So I see our last week's wet weather had travelled to Japan. Don't worry, it's still better than summertime, when it's stuffy and the air is polluted.

Konban wa! Magnet buddy Prenz !! Ehhh, that was really depressing problem. That's okay. I had disappointing moments with people in my life too . I'm mostly lucky in my work and studies, but I'm kinda loser in relationships. There were times, when I liked a guy without knowing he has a girlfriend. That was frustrating,when I saw them together. There's a joke: "when you're in love, that's the best 2,5 days of your life ". OMG, I can imagine how annoying these statuses are, but at least she's honest about: "extra ". I've never seen/heard of people who said it out straight, but I know some people (mostly girls) who have extra relationships. Interestingly all these girls feel down, when their extra-boyfriends leave them. Statuses used to be popular in Rus in vk, before we started to make fun of Status- and vanilla-cheesy posts lovers. We call these girls TP (TePe): the abbreviation for "tupaya pizda ", which literary means "stupid cunt ". O_o. That sounds scary, but it has really became annoying (especially for guys) to see these posts and pictures on the news-wall in vk from this type of friends. We click the button: "never show the posts from this person " to avoid this brainkilling psychology and philosophy . So the books saved you from a heartbreak? I absorb myself with my work, when somebody disappoints me. The work requires big concentration so that I'm completely forgetting about "relationships problems " and don't feel anything. I know that big focuse annoys some people, and some even envy me.

Nope, I didn't read these books you're talking about. For last time I read only thematic things. I'll read, when I won't need to write thesis and fill applications: that's only will be in June -July . You can check my plan to read manga list. It becomes really big. I didn't add mangas, which have adaptations. I plan to read them too, especially those, which have an anime ended with cliffhangers. I'll start with Glass mask. I'm a fan of everything related to it: even old anime versions, cause I like theatre theme. Glass mask 2005 ended weird, because anime caught up with ongoing manga. They decided not to do their own ending and stopped where the manga stopped. So this anime have so few favourites votes because of unsatisfying ending.

Not really, I like sad endings more than FORCED happy endings. Some anime really have tense and serious atmosphere, and suddenly in last episodes everything is solved too abruptly without reasons . It looks so unnaturally and doesn't make me happy. It sounds to me: "hey guys, we have no more episodes left to show you, so trust us, everything is fine after all!" It's like you said you would better watch yaoi with normal art than an anime with terrible art. Ok, I'll watch Yahari ore, is it interesting? I heard that the main guy is clever there, what about the girls? No, I don't hate Yuri, I'm just uninterested in it. I really didn't expect myself to like Strawberry panic, haha, but I don't feel ashamed: it was an accurate anime for its genre. I heard that many people love Maria sama ga miteru, but I don't want to watch it . Maria and Strawberry are the most famous from yuri, you can check them to see how you feel about yuri.

These sweeties are from Poroshenko factory. He is the one who became new Ukrainian president. I think people voted for him mostly because his chocolates are tasty, lol.:) By the news there's still a war between West and East. The most horrible thing happened in earlier May: the building was burned with 40 people in East city . Bandera people shot those who tried escape burning building. That was really sadistic thing. I don't listen to news much since then. Even that uncle from Australia stopped discussing this matter on phone. Last time my mom told him something about European Union, he said: "okay! Okay ". I don't think our news are lying, we'd know if they told us something wrong, and people would call them liars everywhere. Our acquaintances, who live near the fire would tell us if something was untrue.

My last movies I watched are Uchuu kazoku Carlvinson and Harmonie. I picked Uchuu kazoku, when I read the comment about it to the post of one blog. I really like to watch random things, especially if they're unexpectedly good. All LA dramas from my list I picked randomly without searching. Harmonie isn't funny, but it made me happy and it's short:~ over 25 minutes.
Random searching is a good thing, but yesterday I picked Parade 2009 Japanese movie. It was great, but when I watched it, I thought it's a comedy, and it turned out it wasn't comedy at all. I felt so sad after it. I should read summary before to be prepared for it. O_o
I'm in the listing mood this week: I made several lists on my page in "about me" information . It's convenient to make these lists, cause, for example, I started to forget the LA-drama titles I watched. BTW, did you watch any Korean movies? I tried watching few, but didn't like them. Maybe I searched in a wrong place..

I haven't got to Sakasama no patema yet. Reviewers say that it has flows and isn't perfect. I watched only specials, so I know what it's about. People say that it would be better, if this story had over26 short episodes.

I'm continuing my message). The name Yegor means "the man who loves the earth ". Yegor is 1 year old atm. What a handsome little man he became . I wasn't in the city only for a week, and after i returned home from the trip, he is completely different. At the moment he can walk many steps and say some words.

Brrr, I didn't like Ano hana: it was so annoying to watch episodes of crying and moaning characters. I watched some parts of it after NagiAsu and I can say that NagiAsu is much better. It didn't end the way I wanted, but it has sort of happy ending (85% happy, I think). I rarely see sad endings in anime: only Air , Evangelion and Chrono crusade. ~That's what I remember.
Sometimes happy endings are really forced and come out of nowhere, I just want everything to be logic.

I don't know why he moved from New Zealand. Maybe it turned out that Australia pays more. "Money rule! " as they say. I think I'll switch to manga from anime soon. It becomes harder and harder to find good anime. This month there was a day I searched for an hours for anime, suitable to my mood, but I didn't find anything. I have titles to watch for one more month: its Shiki, Kaleido star and anime from World masterpiece theatre (novel adaptations). I'll probably watch No game no life, when it finishes.

Haha, about our news: very interesting question. 3 weeks ago my dad had one -day trip to Ukraine's capital. He needed to take some reagents from his coworkers. It wasn't THAT dangerous as they say, but the atmosphere there is tense. One woman told him a story that she saw the big dog attacking small dog, and the master of the small dog took the gun and started shooting in the air. So shit really happens in Ukraine. Dad returned home with candies. They're so tasty. I'm so proud when I tell my friends what a trip he had. The day he was on trip, people asked me " is he alive, what a brave man". I knew that everything was gonna be alright, since we don't only listen to scary news. We also watch different channels and sources.

I hate Shounen ai and yaoi too. However I unexpectedly for myself watched shoujo ai called Strawberry panic and liked it. It wasn't perverted, it was more about motherly love. So it was quite watchable. I don't plan to watch any other yuri though: that was enough, lol.

I really was impressed by backgrounds, voice act and the plot of Aku no hana. The characters quake too much, as if they're all jelly. It hurts my eyes to watch it. I think they made an anime and didn't bother to check what they had done.

I'm quite fine. I had several difficulties in April, because I forgot to collect some important documents, but now it's over. I spoke with reports on 3 conferences: one was in St P as I said before, and the two others were in my university. Now I have only thesis to write and an applications for grants to fill. I was awarded with tablet again this Friday. It's the 2 nd tablet I'm awarded with this year. It's a strange luck that I receive tablets out of all. Some of my friends got hard disks, eBooks or simple usbs. That new tablet is so complicated to get used to: it's an iPad Air from Apple. Do you have any gadgets from Apple?:)
