This is such a sweet and interesting story with good character development. Moreover, the plot comes together really well at the end. I highly recommend it - it's a mix of historical fantasy and romance.
It follows our main girl, Bam Binee, who has a simple goal of becoming a civil servant by participating in the Heavenly Empress Selection - but along the way she grows and changes. Moreover, she meets her childhood friend and a conflict arises.
Along the way, I not only fell in love with Binee and how she is true to herself in challenging circumstances, but also her close friends and family
