Watamote! is the only other anime that I can think of that not only matches Bocchi's internal suffering, if not exceeding it but also spawned a similar response among the community along the lines of "resonating strongly with a few" and such. Be warned, it's not for everyone and is a lot to take in! As for Bocchi, who doesn't like a socially anxious blob that wants to be popular? Jokes aside, Bocchi the Rock! provides a high degree of relatability much like the one I felt watching Watamote, albeit plenty softer, and no less delusional and self-deprecating.
