Re:monster I saw there Marketing Team. They advertise the hell out of this in Twitter and YouTube. After completing the anime, Now I know where the most of the budget goes.

Let me start from the animation.

Episode 1 it was good, Has a sense of good story boarding and great quality check but as soon as the rest of the episode came out. I can see more and more Animation Cheap Trick, Long Still frames the range of 6 to 15 seconds, Characters being disfigured on some episodes and Slide Show Story Telling. The animation degrades as the show release the episodes so I give ... this a 4/10

Story

This was the predecessor of Slime in the Isekai Novel Scene, I've heard great things from it. This anime is not for me but it can still be consumable and enjoyed by somebody. So yeah nothing really special. 6/10

Audio

There's nothing really special to the music and sound effects tbh this section is fine. 6/10

Should I recommend this, Uhhhh yeah, Maybe, I don't know. If you want to learn How not to story board and Do quality Control this is a recommendation. For the Show itself it leans in to Maybe.

Just finished Saihate no Paladin.

Saihate no Paladin. An Isekai that some say is heavily influence from Tolkiens work. TBH one of the interesting Isekai I have watch.

Note: I did not read the source materials yet. So I'm going to review this based on the anime only.

Story: From Episode 1-5 the set up of Will's as a character is really great. Its shows that Will is learning from his imperfection and The relationship between Blood, Mary, and Gus really did have an impact on what Will makes a great character. The Dialogue on this is pretty good and entertaining. Episode 6-12 The story will ... shift to a slowly pace, it is just to introduction of the characters/companions of Will in his goal and journey, He really needs his companions because he really is inexperienced. I'm invested to The story, The world and its characters has depth, I would like to explore more of them in season 2 or maybe in the Source Material. 9/10

Animation: A good render of 3D elements and knows how to combine to 2D and 3. it did not look cheap for the 2D animation, most of the animation for the show is consistent and its lively. The battles and fight scene they are animated so great. There are some minor mistakes like forgetting to animate this or disfigured faces/bodies in some frames that I caught when watching this. Still those are just minor animation mistakes, But I can forgive that cause the animation does not look cheap. I would say this a 8/10

Sounds: VA are great really enhances the characters emotions, Background they are good and consistent and Music the music is simple classical but they implemented is great. All in all the sounds in this anime is good 9/10

A. TBH. I really don't know why is this anime not between 7.5 to 8.2. This anime is really good. I was not active watching anime during those years and I may have heard that during 2020 and 2022 there's a lot of delays of anime when they are airing because of Virus, Maybe the score is affected by the delays, Who knows tbh.

Ninja Kamui a Hack and Slash, Ninja show in this season of Winter 2024.
From what I see. its a great Action flick-anime with amazing visual
and good audio. The downside is the story/writing of the show.

Animation:
Animation is Great from the fighting sequence, visual effects and filmography of the fight scene. TBH I can see the resemblance of John Wick. TBH its more like both AOT and John Wick. Camera angles are dynamic it enhances the fights so good and have a bit more impact. Its a good sight to see.

Story/Writing:
Now for the Story/writing. Its generic but not in a bad way. Characters and story line ... are good. I love a good revenge plot but it just lack impact for the characters and their relation with one another and the story itself. This is the only thing that's been bothering me when I watch this anime. If they flesh out or make the audience invest in the character. I would definitely enjoy it. All in all, The story/writing is pretty much fine.

Sound Design is pretty good in this anime. Blade clashing, Impact of the punches, explosion and VA are pretty good.

First of all I'm not gonna review the first season. I really don't have any criticism on that season. But I will gonna compare this to the first season. Ok, I got some good points and bad points that I really need to say about this second season. Lets focus on the bad points I saw.

This second season OP was downgraded unlike the first one. I know what they are trying to do at the first half of the OP but its really average tbh, You are just watching a slideshow for a couple of seconds then go back to the characters but the song ... was good. The First to Six Episodes was a bore. I know this is an Idols anime but the way they handle the first to six episodes lacks depth on the characters and their unit, Like the song they played in the operation really don't have that "Idol magic." Those episodes was not executed very well, especially Episode 6. I don't know what's the team are eating when they made that episode, I need it.

Yeah those are the only bad points I can give. Let go to the Good Section. First of all they improve the background characters or the Audience. 7-12 episodes are good. We got to see some depth on the characters from LyriLily and Photon, that's what I really need after I saw episode 6 (Honestly Episode 6 is a bizarre of Episode that I've watch in an Idols anime). The Audio was pretty good and for the 3DCG. Yeah, Studio SANZIGEN really did great especially when 2D and 3D interact with one another. When Airi pinch both Face cheeks of Tsubaki. Yeah, I really like that kind of scene that 2D and 3D interaction was great, unlike that Ex-Arm brother scene... SANZIGEN did great on this anime. Why does every good 3DCG anime comes from Studio Orange and Idols Anime.

The only criticism I can make is they failed at the first to sixth episodes. They failed to put some depth of the characters from their unit and it lacks that "Idol Magic" on that couple of episodes. This is still good anime. Its a bit downgraded from the first season but anime is still there. Yeah that's all and time for me to find another junk. BYE

I will be not spoiling anything because it kinda sucks to tell the spoiler of the show let’s treat this as a short review, I will be just focusing on 3 main categories, STORY, ANIMATION, and SOUND
Overview: Good

Story: Its good but its lacking; the execution of human emotions is good. Main Characters are pretty decent to be likeable and not bad. The lacking part is that some side characters we didn’t get happily explore their story which suck but the direction of the anime really wants to focus on these certain characters as you go on.

Animation, I really don’t see any disfigure or any problem ... from the anime, Action scenes are quite good it feels I’m watching Garupan a.k.a Girls Und Panzer with the first scene. I would say the animation is good but not an 8.

Sound, I’m really having a hard time finding some sound problem, it’s pretty good actually. But the Opening or the Ending song I skip them it’s not memorable or it didn’t get me hook up. Background music was not loud and not that quiet either pretty decent, Sound effect are pretty decent too. I did have some problem but it's on the ending. Just going to say METAL PIPE. Its good

Can become an 8/10 anime if they put the certain characters story cause at the end you will be questioning a lot of those characters. But I saw some reviews if you want to know the other characters, you should play the game because it will tell you they're story. All in all its good

I really think this anime was way ahead of its time or maybe I need to watch more 5/10.

For a three episode OVA this was fun.

For a 2004 anime. The animation is good its not a innovated but its pretty good. I don't see animation mistake or any inconsistency on its character. (7)

Its funny to be honest. There's some meta humor I liked while watching this and sometimes the characters are quirky. All jokes are cliches and reference. The execution of their jokes are decent to make me laugh. (6)

Sound design, it has less background music, Sound effect which is kinda stock sound effect ... nowadays but for its time its pretty decent, OP and ED are not that bad. (6)

I did enjoy this but the rewatchability for this is pretty low. But it is Very good after you watch it.

Oh no. I was so happy watching this show in my high school days. But this is so depressing that I have watch this show again. It has potential to be great show but sadly its not.

Story and Plot are rushed and it feels meaningless. Like the Direction and Phasing Story, Plot and Events in this show shoved it into your face that it loses the Mystery of the lead characters to invest in them like what happen to character or what happen to this character, it just shove it on one episode. The only interesting characters are not the Male Leads or the Female ... Lead, its the Side characters.

Animation. 2D and 3D animation really do mix together if its done right. Props to the 3D animator who used a realistic smoke physics on the cigarettes for the adult characters.

Music. It got meaning and its soothing for the anime.

If it has a second season or if the first season has a 24 episode, can recommend it but don't bother watching this. Read the Manga for now. It really hurts that the story and plot direction is meaningless
