Mixed Feelings
Preliminary (3/39 eps)
Before Watching The Anime:
I thought "Hey! Finally a new shounen! I miss the good old days of ki blasts and stuff" along with a backthought of "Dattebayo is subbing it! They can't be wrong"
First Episode:
After the first episode, my excitement dived. I found the animation to be nice and clean, but the childish theme of the story really became a quick buzzkill, but I thought, if this improved and the main character gained a serious side, I could bear the 39 episodes once a week.
Sixth Episode:
I dropped this. Nothing is getting better, it will remain a kiddy element show. If you're under the age of ...

[No Spoilers at all]
Vampire Knight Guilty is a continuation of the anime Vampire Knight, and that is all it is. It is not its own series, and it is rather unwatchable without watching the primary series.
As for the anime itself, it is absolutely one of the superior ones out there. The plot is exceptional and it has an inimitable outlook on vampires. Each episode ends with a cliffhanger making you fancy to gaze at the next one in the series without delay. Although there is awfully minute action, the drama is what keeps you going, so if you want an adventure shounen where the main ...

Short and Sweet Review:

Naruto Movie 4 is a stereotypical Naruto movie. This over-hyped movie portrays Naruto dying in the trailer, although this is nothing more than something to think about for all of 2 minutes. On top of that, the plot is about predictable as any of the other Naruto movies; Naruto meets brat, brat hates Naruto, Naruto is very similar to brat, they become friends, Naruto protects brat, Ultimate Resengan, and then the end. Other than that minor crack in the 5-story Naruto Obelisk, this movie isn’t so bad in terms of graphics, story, and sound. No matter how conventional the plot is, I ...

Soul Eater (Anime) add
Short and Sweet Review:

Soul Eater is one of the most unique anime’s I have ever seen in the sense of graphics and story. The graphics are ultra-high quality, along with very interesting anime cut-scenes. Soul Eater has a little taste of everything an anime should have – a first-class story, superior graphics, a modest bit of pervert, and a VERY interactive world. Camera angle and character motions are very musical, flow very well with each other, and so on - which is one of the biggest plus sides to this anime. The characters are very fun and surprising - which is a big part of ...

Short and Sweet Review:

This is my second mecha anime watched, and in contrast to the first one I watched (Gurren Laggan), I am rather dissatisfied. The Mechas are far too limited on power, they all appear so earth-bound ~ and when I watch an anime I anticipate to see “Beyond the edge” action. Furthermore, the finale episode was highly dissatisfying in terms of “The last boss in the entire anime.” Lastly, I found the series tremendously hard to keep up with due to the numerous aspects to the universe, although some people tend to find that an appealing trait.

All-in-all this is a good anime to ...

Preliminary (4/10 eps)
Short and Sweet Review:

Hellsing Ultimate is an breathtaking OVA that deserves a 10/10. There are no needless emotional parts, or extensive plot lead-ups, etc. It is all badass action! In each of the episodes there is a “Boss” battle and that’s all we Hellsing fans need, right?
Alucard taking millions of bullets, and scaring the shit out anybody who dares approach him. 10/10 – better than the TV series.

If you did in fact find this review helpful, I do take value in my “Helpful” rating, so please take a moment of your time to tell me how you liked this review.

Short and Sweet Review:

If you have finished the Evengelion series, you know damn well the last episodes are as amusing as watching paint dry, well this "Alternative Ending" is the best thing that can happen to the series in my outlook, plus the finale (Which I wont reveal) will leave you banging your head for more! Although I gave Evengelion a 9/10, this OVA definately deserves a 10, there is no superior way to conclude a series than a giant fight, with plot holes being filled, and making the viewer think about the OVA after he watches it.

I believe even if you didn't like the ...

Rental Magica (Anime) add
Preliminary (18/24 eps)
Although this was a great series, there is much to criticize about. For one, the chief character, Itsuki, does nominal developing, and is not once thought of as “Most Powerful” as you would anticipate from other series’. Instead, the series relies on the supporting characters for that feeling of triumph over the opponent. Also, the series talks much about the preceding generation of Astral mages, but not once decides to go into detail about it, which is not a good plot hole in my outlook. On top of that, it takes about half of the entire series to start getting the true experience of ...

History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi starts out incredibly sluggish. There was not much thrill at the start, and it seemed like it would be another slice of life, kid gets bullied on, kid fights back thing. But, to my surprise, the story streamed off to another anime, which is quite appealing. I for one would NEVER watch fighting or brawling animes simply because I enjoy lore, mystical powers, etc etc, and eventually Kenichi does get these aspects. Although it is indisputably a fighting anime, the level of practicality is… just what the doctor ordered, none of the major events in Kenichi are possible whatsoever after a ...
