Working!!

Both these anime focus on the relationships of a group of people (this is probably true for most anime though): in Ouran it is the 'Host Club' members while in Working it is the part time workers at the family restaurant 'Wagnaria'. Comedy, a variety of characters with distint personalities and quirks, a slow and comfortable pace and episodes following the daily life of the characters (in the Host Club and in the family restaurant) without a strong plot (this is more true for Working!!) are similar elements in both. Ouran has more character development and shows the pasts of the characters while Working!! has a lighter focus on this. Working may seem to have a lot of repitition - Takanashi always gets hit by Inami, chief is always serving the manager - but this is not really a negative aspect because it just shows the daily life at the restaurant which is mostly unchanging. However, we do learn more about the characters, they do develop a little, but that is not really the main focus of the anime. In general both are fun to watch. You may not necssarily enjoy the other if you liked one, but there is a probability of doing so. Try a few episodes in any case.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
add

Comedy, no clear plot line with a focus on the daily life and interactions of the characters, attractive visuals are some of the aspects both these anime share. Kaichou wa maid-sama has a much slower pacing than Working and might, at times, be rather tiring. The former focuses on the two main characters, Misaki (student council president) and Usui Takumi and their evolving relationship. The other characters are not really given much attention nor are they well developed, though this may apply to the main characters as well. Nonetheless it is fun to watch - a little at a time. Working's characters are more important for the series, and are more interesting and varied. Sometimes there may be too much repetition in their actions but that is also, in a way, its charm: its just the daily life, mostly unchanging. I'd rate Workng higher than Kaichou (mostly because of the characters) but both are enjoyable if watched in moderation (watching several episodes together might be very tiring).

Working!!

Both Working and School Rumble have a similar 'atmoshphere' - comedy, random episodes without any real plot (this is more true of 'Working' which is similar to 'Minami-ke' in this respect), peculiar characters and their interrelations. School rumble's characters are a group of students while Working!!'s are the part time workers at Wagnaria. The latter is much more slow paced than the former but that does not really hurt the series's enjoyment. Both have bright and colorful visuals. If you liked one then you will probably enjoy the other as well. Personally I enjoyed Working more than School Rumble.

Both anime series have an element of comedy and randomness in the episodes, following the daily lives of the characters and their relationships with each other. Both have a similar pacing: comfortable, without any fast pacing. Minami-ke basically focuses on the three sisters while Working!! on the part time workers at Waqnaria. In both all the characters have varied personalities with defining features. The visuals are also similar with both having bright colours. If you like one then it is highly probably you'll like the other as well.

Durarara!!
add

Both animes have a similar feel of mystery, plot twists and a wide range of interesting characters all with their own quirks (though in this respect Durarara comes on top). And yes, supernatural elements. Of both, I liked Durarara better, mainly due to the interesting characters. Death Note has a more complete ending as compared to Duarara, though this is expected since the latter is yet to be followed by specials. Overal if you like one it is probable that you may enjoy the other.

Ouran Koukou Host Club

Both SchoolRumble and Ouran will make you laugh time and again. They are funny, can be poignant at times, are mostly random but do have something of a plot. Both focus on high school students and their interactions with each other. Though they are not entirey similar (no anime can be), if you like one then there is a high chance you will enjoy the other.

School Rumble, like Minami ke, will make you laugh time and again. It has characters with their quirks, randomness, and is overall a light hearted series. However, unlike Mimami ke, School Rumble does have a semblance of a plot. Both are funny and interesting.
