Lu over the wall is an enjoyable watch with great visuals, a good score, a really "generic" story, and a very likable cast.

Story:
The story is nothing new, I am pretty sure you would be able to make out what will happen later on in the first 20 mins or so(Not saying it's a bad thing)
It's really lighthearted and I had grin throughout the movie.

Art:
It's quit vibrant and lively, and matches the upbeat tone of the movie.

Sound:
... Again really well done, gave a warm feeling whenever there was a musical piece.

Characters:
A Really likable bunch, specially Lu and the other mermaids.
The character design is also done really well. Lu and the other mermaids look really great.

Enjoyment:
I found it to be really good, the movie achieves what it wanted to be.
It makes up for a good lighthearted watch and Is sure to lift up your mood

Thing I didn't like :
The first encounter with lu could have been done better and it seemed quite forced.

The grandpa character Could have been explored more, to give the ending a greater impact.

Ratings:
I will give this somewhere around 7.5 on a bad day.
But my day went well today so:

3 gatsu no lion doesn't know what it wants to be and becomes just another passable show for me.

Although I enjoyed the first 5-7 episode, The show suffered from tonal discontinuity after the 11th episode, it seemed like I was watching a completely different show.

I really can't pin point what's the focus(struggle) of this show, is it the shouji, is it "loneliness" of our protagonist, is it the MC's stepsister.

The show tries way too hard to be many things, a sports show, slice of life, drama, but it Can't really achieve ... any of these.

The "depth" in the characters seems forced,
The focus on shouji seemed like a bad decision to me
Most characters have no reason to be there.
MC is depressed at the start but it's never really touched later in the series.

The stepsister character could have been done a lot better, the creators tried to give her some depth but it doesn't really works.

The three sisters should have been given some more focus and a stronger "place" in the story.
It seems like they will influence the story more in the upcoming season but they really didn't have much of a role in this season considering they are part of the main cast.

The 22 ep could have been easily done in 10-11 ep.

In the end, the show could have been really good but the show tried to focus on way too many things and it ended up giving a feeling of dissatisfaction.

Bakuman is one of the most disappointing shows I have seen in a long time.
Bakuman started with a great premise but unfortunately dilutes itself with the god awful romantic sub-plot and poor character development.

The show tried way to hard to be mainstream, just like the protagonist who tries to create a mainstream manga, which I think is its biggest downfall.

Our protagonist who at first gave up on the idea of becoming a mangaka and rejected his friends offer on working together with him, quickly changes his decision when he finds out that his crush wants to become a ... voice actress. Then he sets a goal of getting the manga serialised and get an anime done by the time he is 18, just so he can marry the girl.
Now you must think they must really like each other and have a long relationship between them, nah, our MC and his love interest have only talked to each other two times, by two times I mean they have only spoken two lines to each other, their only form of communication is mail. They come of as penpals rather than a couple. Now this wouldn't have been a huge problem if the story hadn't focused on them like it does.

The show could have been a lot better if it had focused on the hard ships faced by a mangaka realistically, the stakes never seemed to be high.

Bakuman could have been a really great show if it had been a seinin instead of a shounen. It seems that the creators compromised on the original idea just to expand its demographic.
