Definitely same vibes; and this recommendation may be a spoiler for Higurashi but it has time loops, murder, supernatural-scifi merge, kids killing each other, a bit of ecchi.

An eccentric girl with an interest to the main character that seems to be hung-up with a childhood/highschool friend. Same melancholic mood and dynamics

A quiet protagonist who seem to be bounded with a mysteriously talented friend/demon whom he can't beat. It also have a very obscure animation style and is enjoyable to watch especially if you like 'weird' perspectives.

A girl with an enormous title is considered 'stuck' with the main character. Same feel in the character relationships, but ' Index' is more action while 'Nanana' is inclined more in adventure.

Same supernatural feel. A guy gets sucked into a world of the supernatural by saving/being saved by a girl with an oddity (bakemonogatari)/supernatural powers(brynhildr).

Memories and innocent love. Isshukan Friends is very similar to Chihiro's Story in Ef- A Tale of Memories: a fleeting memory, a persistent boy and a girl that just wants to believe in friendship and love.

A little girl lost and somehow ties her fate with the main character. Both girls with secrets or abilities which make her more powerful and more important than the main character thought. Both main characters act as the girls' body guard and companions.

An aloof main lead trying to conquer girls either in the name of life and death, or a mission. Kanojo Flag is a bit darker, but overall they have the same feel plotwise.

People with special abilities and groups performing missions. Not to mention all around action. Darker than Black is of course edgier and well, darker [no pun intended] but they have the same feel and pacing.

A club composed of mostly girls, a tortured guy, and possibly a harem. Both almost have the same kind of comedy and are very lighthearted and funny.

A coming of age story about romance and opening their eyes to the world they live in. Changes and Growing up, truths and lies. They both have this supernatural feel to it, but Shinsekai Yori definitely has a darker edge.

A human protagonist, an un-human girl, the childhood friend and the side characters to make everything going. It has that whole summer rural feel too

I think they both have the same kind of troll humor about how the main character is always 'bullied' by his environment. I enjoyed both of the series also because of SHAFT's hilarious way of producing every scene

They almost have the same feel but I'm finding Maria Holic funnier, while Mayo Chika plays all the ecchi out

The digital getting controlled by an AI/Virus and it immediately affects the real world, Kids saving the world. I have nothing to say anymore because when I watched either one of these movies, I immediately think 'it looks like digimon/summer wars!'. I'm sure you'll enjoy both

...then you might like Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica add

'magical' girls, story about friendship and a hidden universe. When I watched the first ep, it hit me. This was like BRS, only more colorful and a lot darker[if that made sense]

If you liked Strike Witches add

...then you might like Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica add

This might be a little far from Strike Witches but it's about 'magical' girls saving the world. I really like character development and interaction, which I think both series showcased smoothly. But if you're picky about the setting and plot, I think you should look other wise

If you liked Seitokai no Ichizon add

...then you might like Seitokai Yakuindomo add

A Student Council with all girls and one guy, but the only difference is that in Sitokai no Ichizon, the guy actually wants a harem while in Seitokai Yakuindomo, the guy tries to avoid being in a "harem"

If you liked Kanon (2006) add

...then you might like Clannad: After Story add

Both of these animes brought Happiness, Sadness, Anger and Hope successfully to the audience, both with relatable characters and true to life scenarios (Kanon's a little more supernatural though)

If you liked True Tears add

...then you might like ef: A Tale of Memories. add

Almost similiar character profiles but in a different setting. Ef - a tale of memories is the smarter and more mature series though but True Tears has its moments. Both shouldn't be missed

If you liked Hitohira add

...then you might like Clannad add

This anime really reminded me of clannad mainly because of a drama club. They are both emotional but Hitohira juggles more of the emotions around the club itself and its members. If you loved either of the series i'm sure you'll love the other one. But i tell you, Hitohira is definately a junior of clannad in my opinion

If you liked Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu add

...then you might like Seitokai no Ichizon add

This really just had the same feel as Haruhi but more on parodies and comedy. I actually think Seitokai was better especially the last episode but overall their both good

If you liked K-On! add

...then you might like So Ra No Wo To add

It really reminded me of K-On! Character wise and the animation of the two really looks similar. The only difference is the military atmosphere. If you're a K-On! fan, I think this is a whole new twist to your imaginations.
