This anime is giving "Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill" vibes but doesn't have that cozy comfort, it just feels like the main character was pulled into this world, make business, and have the lady characters fawn over him so easily and have the wink-wink-nudge-nudge moments (it doesn't show it, it's implemented in more ways than one and even mentioned as "fooling around" and such).
Spoilers ahead.
I mean, the maiden at the Inn jumped his bones after he drew her a-la Jack from Titanic. The Cat Beast girl did the same on night one after he fed her and her fellow Beast Men
...
good food, and now the Merchant's daughter wanted to seduce him to assure good trade and falling for him for being gallant and not take advantage of her, along with saving her life from bandits after she got captured during a business trip. Male fantasy much?
And don't even get me started on the "there's only one bed" cliche happening TWICE in the same episode. I had to laugh at that.
If you want a 23-40yo MC to be living their life in "peace" in another world, and you had to choose between this anime and Campfire Cooking, Campfire Cooking is the superior anime for execution alone. Around 40 Otoko no Isekai Tsuuhan just feels like it was made to fill in some gap and also have it's fantasy of women falling for the MC just because he's nice.
Would not recommend, it's unfortunately boring me.
