I started watching this because LiSA sang the opening. Cutting to the chase: This is a simple, yet great anime.
The story isn't very complex (so far) and everything is well-explained. I felt like the pace was a tiny little too fast a few times but nothing grave: one time it was because of a timeskip of two years, so all is good here.
Character introductions? Made sense, nobody came in "unexpected" - that is to say, unrelated and out of space.
I'm kinda missing a little more complexity here, so the story gets a 7 (good) from me. There also were a lot of funny scenes!
The artstyle
...
takes a little getting used to - they all look like kids, even if they're adults. Personally, it was a little of a downside for me because I'm a sucker for good looks. I would also say it has a good aspect to it too: it made me focus more on the storyline.
Each of the characters is uniquely designed. Their facial shape may be the same, but the eyes aren't. Their eye design differs greatly from each other, if you compare.
The animation? Chef's kiss, very nice with some 3d elements, very smooth. I particularly liked the Water Breathing Technique's animations.
Sound 10 of 10 because Gurenge as the opening? Perfect. The OSTs were great as well, very fitting, got a vibe of past Japan.
All the characters are nice, well made. Certainly not perfect but that'd be boring anyway. There is a lot of room for character development for certain characters.
I liked the dumb main trio very much. They all seem a little bit of stupid but all three are different kinds of stupid. While Tanjiro is dense, Inosuke has exactly zero percent of human competences Zenitsu always seems stupid but that's because he whines so much. This trio is very dynamic. They fit each other well.
Another aspect I like about them is the healthy rivalty they've got.
I really enjoyed this series throughout and it's definitely worth the watch. I'll stay tuned for another update!

A highly regarded music anime with a (bitter)sweet-flavored story of a piano prodigy and a whirlwind-like violinist.
The story takes off lightheartedly and progresses to a more complex story of personal struggles and traumas quite quickly. It still manages to keep a certain element of lightheartedness but for most of the time, we see a struggling main character, struggling with all his might to overcome his traumas and fears of music.
The romance in this anime is certainly not an ordinary one, it is also pretty complicated, which is fine, if there wasn't kind of an open ending romancewise. There are a few parts where I was
...
deeply moved by the story (no tears though).
The art was pretty. The characters all look good and cute. The animation was wellmade, especially the piano bits at competitions. The anime itself has a strong to the spring season (especially the month April), therefore there may be a lot of cherry blossoms flying. It's pretty!
The colors are all vivid, which is essentially the main element of this anime: life.
Well, the sound was very nice. It is a classical music anime after all.
Well designed characters with a lot of facial expressions. The whole anime is about character development/growth, so there is lots of it.
I also love how the protagonist has a healthy rivalry with his fellow pianists.
All in all, it's a very nice anime to watch.

I'll cut to the chase right away:
Nothing much happens for the first 10 episodes, except for introductions of characters, some fights because the demons protect the main character in a way.
There are is repetitiveness to it because of "choose me and then I will do this for you". There are some comedic elements ingrained.
It's a curious plot; a hard-shelled realist protagonist is the Elector of the Ruler of Hell. His ancestor, Solomon, happened to get 72 demons to subjugate to him but our levelheaded William Twining won't believe in anything but science and only science.
Although supernatural events happen around him (and he sees that), he
...
is stubborn enough not to believe that those were real.
Furthermore, the anime will make you ask yourself some major questions about the plot but hardly any questions were answered at the end.
The artstyle was nice and the characters looked good. However, the animation was a little lacking and in one of the last episodes, the animation studio didn't seem to care anymore and used the same sequence 4 times - in the same episode.
12 episodes don't have room for much character development, so there is hardly any until the end.
Besides, most of the time, the characters seem to have less than three character traits in general or are just reduced to one or two traits, which made the characters pretty boring.
Taking a wild guess here since I didn't read the manga (yet): this anime is an incomplete adaption of the manga. Perhaps, it was intentional to make people want to read the manga as it is more likely to answer your questions.

First of all, I'm gonna say I am an anime-only viewer.
I have mixed feelings towards this season for the following reasons:
(MINOR SPOILERS)
The storyline was alright plot-wise, it had great potential to be amazing but somehow the anime didn't live up to those expectations. Half of the series, I didn't understand what was going on because it was either not properly explained or just incoherent, seemingly contextless (unless you know the LNs).
LO was fine and then all of a sudden she just ??? - for example.
I'm giving a 4 for the potential I saw. The execution was a 3.
I'm a pretty dense person so I don't
...
usually notice stuff about quality but the fact that this anime was rushed is undeniable, even to me. The pacing was weird, you could even see the animation of some things getting better as the series progressed - especially the animation in the last opening.
Some parts were nicely animated though.
The fact that they jumped from POV to POV so much also annoyed me. They would jump from MC1 to MC2 to side character to MC3 to side character to MC2 and so on.
Moreover, as if having two MCs (that hardly have anything to do with each other actively) isn't already hard to pull off in one season, they had to go and include a third MC that wasn't even introduced at all until the end of Index 2 and hardly felt like he would have a big relevance later on.
Should have scrapped that character or at least not make him a MC. He seemed like a Touma 2.0 but more boring and more aggressive.
There were also a bunch of badly explained characters being introduced in this season; it felt like randomly smacking paint on a blank canvas.
My girl Misaka Mikoto wasn't even relevant in this one either. It was almost tragic.
All in all, the only reason I watched this till the end was Accelerator. He really carried the whole season on his back and it's no wonder he's always in hospital FROM THE DAMN BACK PAIN. Heaven Canceller, please cure him.
I'm giving a 6 because some Accelerator moments left me shook and in a daze.
Big praise to Nobuhiko Okamoto, really.
Edit: After seeing Railgun T, I finally understand why Last Order was sick and why Accelerator went to Russia.

This was my first idol anime.
This anime got me curious as I, as a Kpop fan, was curious about this. Was it similar to the Kpop Idol world? The system?
Story:
I liked the way they did not only show the good sides of idol business but also bad ones - sickness, rumors and maybe even betrayal to an extent. You could clearly see the roughness that comes with being an idol.
I also liked the way the story unfolded but I have to criticize the pacing.
For my taste, the story, the growth of these boys was too fast. There wasn't really an indicator of a time
...
skip, so all of it felt as if the whole season took place in a few days. Realistically speaking, it should have been months.
It felt like these boys garnered attention so quickly - it was a sharp increase of popularity, which is unrealistic in their case.
Furthermore, I wish they would tell us more about the individual characters as we barely got any background story to work with. Hopefully in season 2.
Art:
These boys are PRETTY HANDSOME. Especially Gaku.
But the animation of the dances irked me in the beginning but luckily I got used to it and the feeling faded a little.
I'll explain: Most of the time, you see the characters in 2D but as soon as they start dancing, they look a little more 3D. It feels as if you're watching some kind of MMD video of Vocaloids on Youtube.
Sound:
I liked most songs but I have to say that I7's music was constantly the same, which might be because of their group's concept - a happy-go-lucky kind of vibe. TRIGGER was a lot different - darker and more elegant in a way and maybe even more sexual.
I wish for more variety in all songs though, like them to explore different genres or mix genres. That would be great.
Nevertheless, I still listen to some songs of them on Youtube.
Characters:
I7 has that bright and cheerful image of a group, which is clearly reflected in their individual characters too. Those boys are often so cheerful, it makes me smile like a mother smiles when she is proud of her children.
I definitely saw great character growth too, so there's that as well.
Enjoyment:
I really really liked this anime as it gave me a refreshing feeling to what I usually watch. Would definitely watch it again in a year or so.
Frankly, I can't wait for the next season. I am hyped.

I found this while browsing through Tetsuya Kakihara's anime roles and when I saw that Akira Ishida was in it too, I was sold. Two of my fav seiyuus.
I also liked the character designs.
Story:
In the beginning, I thought it was okay since it was mysterious. Heroine loses her memories and so on. Great.
However, that changed as my confusion began to grow larger and larger. At episode 3 I already was in a "wtf is happening??? I don't understand anything" state.
You learn the names and faces of the male characters but barely anything ABOUT them throughout the whole anime.
The end of the anime is kind of
...
better, but not by much.
Art:
I liked the designs, as previously stated. The chequered clothes with a one of a kind style (just look at Shin and you will know what I mean). Even though I was misled at first, as I thought there was way more fantasy.
The eyes, I loved those.
Sound:
I liked the music, or at least I can't complain about it.
Characters:
First of all - just what the fuck, Toma???
Secondly, the characters didn't show much depth, so all of them were pretty bland.
However, the Heroine was even MORE bland. She did not have any character traits besides being shy and timid - her soft voice adds a lot to this. She seems helpless at all times, not able to do much herself. And her "help" Orion, the fairy, was not much of a help at all.
Enjoyment:
Well, I would never recommend watching this anime.
Overall:
I am hoping that the otome game is better than this anime. Otherwise... sigh.

I remember I used to think this was some kind of Lolicon stuff when Instagram showed me a Tappytoon advertisement but I am seriously so happy that it turned out to be different.
Story: 9/10
The story plot isn't exactly a new one but nevertheless, I enjoy it greatly as I am a fan of Isekai plots. Furthermore, you never know what happens and the interplay of the different characters adds more to the suspense.
Moreover, I also like the fact that romance is not in the spotlight of this story.
Art: 10/10
I would even give an 11 if it was possible. I find these images so beautiful, I
...
really really love the appearances of the characters. The clothing is very detailed, much to my pleasure. And oh my God, the royal bloodline's jewel eyes hit differently. These are just out of the world. If they were real, I would probably think I died and landed in heaven somehow.
The appearances are what made me read this series in the first place. I even read some parts repeatedly, just to savour the drawings with my eyes.
Characters: 9/10
The characters are great!
Each character has a meaning and therefore none of them feels as if they're not needed for the story.
I am especially enamoured by Claude, Lucas and Felix. Those are my men.
I also like Athy very much; the girl is too adorable for her own good.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Obsession. Maybe that's what I feel with this manhwa.
As I started reading this, I did not expect that I would read the whole season 1 (chapter 1-46) in one night; I literally absorbed this until I caught up to the current chapter back then.
Now I am patiently waiting for new chapters.
There was a Christmas break (2019) and I suffered so much because every chapter feels like a cliffhanger to me..
Overall:
If you like Isekai, Fantasy and Shoujo - this is the manhwa to go.
I highly recommend it.
