Both animes have a main character who got a girl in the pilot and will develop their relationship throughout the development of the anime, both have male perverted friends that lack relationship experience, except for one who has theorical experience and shares it with the main character, the humor on both are centered in sexual jokes/events, they share some aspects of both director on some scenes, and made me laugh equally.

If you liked Sankarea add

...then you might like Flying Witch add

The moment I saw the main female character I got Sankarea in mind, its very similar in drawing, personality and talking style, note both animes have completly different plot, sankarea consists in a zombie fanatic who wants to have a undead girlfriend and Flying Witch is a slice of life with a witch as the main character. Although the differences I think if you liked Flying Witch and like zombies you will like Sankarea.

If you liked One Punch Man add

...then you might like Sakamoto desu ga? add

You must be wondering, why the fuck is this guy recommeding one punch man for this anime, simple: Both animes are satire for overpowered (one punchman), overcool (sakamoto desu ga). Both animes has comedy as a main genre and explore it in similar ways. While Saitama is not believed to be that strong, other characters would provoke him until they are amazed by his strength, same happens with Sakamoto as he is provoked and end up being admired.

If you liked Steins;Gate add

...then you might like Boku dake ga Inai Machi add

Both animes consist in saving important people to the main character, it is done in a way to make them understand better the mechanics of their ability to time travel. In each anime is presented a mystery about the murder, they unravel the mystery throughout the anime presenting new characters and linking the pieces of the puzzle together. They have extremely amazing history and direction, worth watching and recommending even for non-anime fans, the only bummer for non anime-watchers would be Okarin's personality (Steins;Gate main character) who is an outgoing character that yells and make jokes most commonly observed in japanese midia.
