We all have dreams. We decide what we want and we take it. But life will always get in the way and make it harder or even deny you your dream. Such is our tale.
The story is about two orphan girls separated by the adoption of one of them. The time spent apart makes them treat each other with coldness and eventually they fight and separate. Our protagonist is determined not to let this be the end of their relationship and trains to get her friend back.
Artwork is a nice splice show of color. A lot of the characters have differently colored eyes which I
...
personally don't see why the need.. but nevertheless they are pretty to watch. The environment is pretty much in the near future with buildings looking the same plus the holograph video calls and the miraculous medical technology.
I have never been much of a fan of music behind a story however this series plays some nice songs that enhance the suspense of the moments.
Overall if you like some nice kickboxing between chicks with a really touching story behind it all, then this is a series for you.

Gastronomy, a way for us to bombard our brains with sensations while stuffing our guts to survive. It started when lightning stroke a tree and the primordial humans sought it out of curiosity. Some have elevated cooking to art, yet others would consider it cruel to do so by regarding the famine that is grasping many others.
How do you measure or weigh the life of a teenager? The answer is simple, you use their dreams and aspirations as a scale unit. Such is the tale of Yukihira Souma and his ilk. They are all brought together by the same dream and climb up the ladder
...
to achieve it through sweat, belief and guts. They face a lot of obstacles to finish their journey some which even make them stronger.
The series has a wide variety of characters most of them maintaining a carefree attitude which comes off only in moments of great pressure. The artwork around them has the usual edges while adding some round curves for some pleasant models. Also some backgrounds emphasize their cooking skills which may be enjoyable or annoying depending on perspective.
It does not seem very enjoyable at first glance yet , the cocktail of comedy and food cultural references actually made it very popular at least to my opinion and I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.

Hope, a bright warm light shinning across a dark room where freezing water is flowing. Sometimes the light grows weaker or stronger. What makes it change is the will of mankind, the will to believe that it is not over or that are things in this world worth struggling for everyday.
If i were to compare our tale to a scenery I would say, an ocean of tears moved by a gust of happiness and laughter and lighted by the rays of hope that come and go as the day-night cycle goes on.
Our protagonists are trying to resume their normal lives which they had
...
before the disaster had stricken. Each of them with different personalities support themselves on these hard times.
Artwork is pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary with the slim and edgy characters being a bit of an eyesore, but that's just my taste. Same is to be said about the Soundworks, nothing stings the eye or enchants it.
Characters are all different in most ways but they are all supportive, talkative. There is a noteable lack of an antagonist on this series, the only concern about their actions being their own feelings.
Overall the combination of comedy, drama and tragedy make this a well made story, easily enjoyable and somewhat pleasant. I recommend it especially for people that have only started watching anime.

Some people agree that having all the answers in the universe our lives would have meaning, however some other people agree that ignorance is bliss. The only way we find out which ones make a better point is by experience.
The Story spins around these mysterious items called Phantom Books which contain forbbiden knowledge left behind by their writers. One could read them and tap into a well of unimaginable powers. Tempting as far as normal lives go yet forbidden knowledge comes with a great price. It is the job of the two protagonists to solve the mysteries that these books shroud and recover as many
...
as possible.
Classical Artwork emphasizes this series and its characters yet notable would be the backgrounds wich act more like a cardboard greenscreen. From some points it can be better, especially when the caracters are still talking.
Japanese people have an inborn affinity for the piano and the intro of this series is proof of that along with many others and as well as the theme songs within the episodes themselves.
Characters have a stereotypical skeleton which adds a bit of backstory as the flesh. Their personalities of the protagonists complement each other and add up to the enjoyment of the series.
If you are a interested in a good story then this one is right for you, it does not have a lot of action scenes but the comments and cultural references are a great bonus.

If someone would ask me what love is.. I would say.. the unstoppable and the immovable with the adequate risks of paradox involved. Love is something strong that can't be understood with mere words. Picture yourself in a fateful encounter with a person that once you met you cannot get enough of. That is the smallest fraction of what love is and can be related to in words.
For our protagonist Aoi Nagisa lies ahead a school life filled with laughter, joy, cries and sorrow as she meets Hanazono Shizuma, a mysterious figure of little words and a great deal of feelings. Feelings that blossom like a beautiful
...
and fragile flower bud when it is properly nurtured or withers when not properly cared for by her fateful encounters with the main heroine.
I have been enthralled by the story so I do not have much to say about the artwork other than edgy character faces that i do not enjoy. What I really liked about the artwork are the background scenes of the Hill where the action takes place. Everything down to the last detail is like in a well made painting.
I am not one to talk about intros and outros so I will go on and say that it is an understatement to say that the music is largely exquisite. Masterful piano plays emphasize the dramatic moments as well as the undisturbed sceneries as well as the happy moments. A well made repertoire.
Most of the characters are largely similar with small differences with a few exceptions. Most of them are happy smiling girls that get along just fine with nothing worrying them. It is later on during the series that the character reactions become interesting.
I have really enjoyed the story that left me with a burning ache in my heart throughout the episodes. This is what the series left me with. Are you curious if that ache was extinguished or about what will the series leave you with... only one way to find out!

Love is a dreadful bond that takes many forms based on its strength. It can be stronger than the foundations of the earth, treacherous as the largest ocean or enchanting as the voice of the singing angels. But in all its splendor it is easily severed.
Such is the story of Arima Kousei, a very talented piano player who happens to be a highschool student. He always hoped that he would reach his loved ones as the sounds from the piano notes would resound in the minds of his complete audience and his personal audience if you, understand my meaning.
He is hit by life in the
...
form of his mothers death, so hard that his ears will no longer capture the blissful sound of the piano.
Now Kousei has a fateful encounter with a spirited girl called Kaori. How will this encounter affect his future is for you to find out.
To be honest, artwork is a tad sloppy around the characters, however colorful and vivid regarding the backgrounds, especially in the scenes where the town is emphasized. Motions of the characters seemed very delicate suggesting some effort of the producers, however the characters are somewhat neglected on other aspects than motion and even though it did not change my opinion of the series it is noticeable.
The quality of the music on this anime is off the charts, classical piano music floods your ears and sets your mind on different emotions based on the song played. For the first time when I hear the piano in this series I looked forward to hearing the next song, even if it would be incomplete.
Harmonious balance between the story and sound is what makes this a great series and I look forward to hearing about it in the future.

When a human being is born it tends toward a certain nature by its gestures, behaviour and decisions. It starts with things that others see as minor and unsignificant.. yet they are clearly a sign as to what kind of individual that person will be. The next part is the acceptance of that nature by the human itself and the relatives.
The action in Tokyo Ghoul takes place in the city that partially names the anime and is about the rebirth of the protagonist which struggles while attempting to cling to the nature of human despite having turned into a ghoul, a flesh-devouring human with enhanced physical
...
capabilities. He refuses to acknowledge that he is human no more and ultimately ends up suffering for it as much as his acquaintances.
The things the artists managed to achieve using shades and colors is amazing, maybe because important scenes take place at night or in enclosed spaces where those two elements of artwork are essential, also being action-oriented some dynamics are required to a modest to excellent degree which this series did not fail to supply.
Characters are a variety of personalities that are mostly ghouls that have accepted and are content with living like that. All of them have sad tales as to how they became as they are now and are an element of focus based on the episodes. They are all made in order to highlight the protagonist in his state of observance and ultimately activity.
My enjoyment consists of the fact that I like tragic tales that are somewhat psychological when suffering and death are involved, however there are certain moments where those two elements of existence are not involved and the focus lies on nurturing the future, but that is my personal opinion so I shall stop here.
Hopefully my words have convinced you to or not to watch this series which is well worth watching.

When you have the carefree life of a so-called deliquent you may never know what you end up doing or what you get caught in. Such is the story of our protagonist Kazama Kenji.
What starts of as a wish to become the "rulers" of the school by making their way to the top eliminating opposition turns out into a very amusing game where someone would make a mess out of the situation and he is forced to clean it up.
Artwork is focused mostly on lighting and colors since we are talking about a comedy series. Character designs are made to point out flaws or aspects
...
that normally are unseen just to amplify the amusement of a situation and provide more ideas for jokes.
Characters have their own personalities and act according to them throughout the series without any notable changes. A pleasant aspect is that they are made so that the protagonist complements them by cracking every joke they make by revealing the points where it would make no sense or it would be wrong.
This is a series I really enjoyed because of the hilarious situations and the narrative line which is short yet it evolves slowly creative a somewhat different environment with every episode.
The reason I gave it a 10 is solely because of the fact that I was never bored during any of the episodes, since it is one of my favorite types of comedy.
Thank you for the time taken to read this review.

When something hits you in the face there is nothing you can do except wipe your face and keep going. The same trick applies to facts, you cannot change them once they have occured, you can only accept them and move forward.
Mikakunin de Shinkoukei follows the story of Kobeni a normal girl with fairly good grades from the point where she is told out of the blue that she is engaged to some guy she does not know named Hakuya. She is worried at first about her future, yet slowly she begins accepting her situation as well as her new guests through a series of
...
amusing situations that mostly involve teasing.
When you watch this series you notice how good the artwork is when you look at the eyes and the overall shapes of someone as well as the backgrounds which are,in my opinion, well made in comparison to other such series. Colors are enhanced with a shade of white to bring them closer to the fact that it is an animated series.
Each of the characters are unique in their own way because of their personalities even if at some point they may seem similar, something rather good and expected given the number of characters in the series. As the story evolves they remain constant and act according to their own personalities which is perfectly normal given the fact that this is a comedy series, it is supposed to be funny not amaze people with something new.
All in all I enjoyed the hilarious scenes in every episode and I would recommend this series for anyone looking for a home-comedy series with a spice of drama.

Life is much like an ocean, it can enthrall us with its beauty or it can sweep us away with one terrifying wave and we are sitting in the middle of it struggling to reach land while the currents are calm and gods are no exception.
Noragami follows the story of an unknown god named Yato, which is in the pursuit of fame and other personal gains through the means of small seemingly insignificant labors. In a certain way it reminds of Heracles and the twelve labors he performed, the difference existing in the fact that he did not wish for notoriety.
The course of action taken
...
by Yato eventually comes down to meeting Hiyori, a normal girl thrown into a world of mystery, conflict and suffering as she gets to know Yato better.
Artwork is a well made combination of vivid colors, edges and shapes with the style focusing mostly on art rather than a regular approach which is rather appealing given the genre of this series.
Both the backgrounds and the character templates were rather constant allowing me to focus mostly on the story rather than the artwork.
Characters are designed in order to suit the aims of the producers, they wear normal outfits have or will have dark thoughts mainly seen through their eyes and in all acting according to a certain template. Personally, I felt that the antagonists needed more to their story than their personal vendettas since the talk is nothing more than a mere exchange of words and the displaying of the past.
I overally enjoyed the series because of the wellmade animations as well as the flow of emotions coming from each character when faced with his/her own problems as well as the ever-present comedy scenes which some of us love and others hate.
If you are looking for a good time watching a series with a potentially good story then I would recommend Noragami.
