This show was a challenge to watch because it brings little to nothing to the table and what it can manage is hyperbolic and pandering to specific fetish types and exhausted tropes.
The show cannot figure what it wants to say with constant tone shifts, a illogical and lackluster story driven by very cliché characters.
Numerous scenes with numerous characters i skipped through them because by that point in the show i knew they had nothing to say that mattered or the character had the personality of a bowl of glass shard cereal.
They act abruptly and without any real backstory to explain why.

I don't review anime much , essentially at all. However this show was repugnant , so despicable and egregious that I had too. Absolutely had too.
The only part of this show that I enjoyed was the end of it. I hate the characters. I hate how they are scripted. I hate the atmosphere about the characters. Only two were seemingly capable of being a decent human beings ( Taisuke Sawanaga and Kotonoha Katsura ) even then Taisuke has...questionable actions later in the show. Kotonoha was victimized and deluded as well. Her character development was good, bad, worse and then holy shit. I ...

This was my first Chinese anime ever so i came with no expectations which served me well through to the end, the story here definitely had some strong points where the characters developed well and then at other places just seemed a bit too random maybe even drawn out at times. End of the day a 9 felt appropriate for the story because when it shined it lifted you high only to drop you later on.
