This is my favorite anime of all time(as of writing this review), so I am super biased in this review and most people probably won't like it as much as me, so take the review with a grain of salt.
A sister's all you need is a well written story with interesting characters, that also touches on serious stuff if you look past the surface.
If you have a problem with fan service then you shouldn't be looking at an anime with the ecchi tag.
I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't like dirty humor, because there is quite a bit of it.
