Probably Studio Trigger's best anime in years. While this kind of release will fade this anime to absolute obscurity because without the weekly release like a normal seasonal anime do. There would be less engagement for the community, but who are we kidding this is another Netflix anime and all we have to do is binge. I played cyberpunk 2077 (this anime is based on) in my PS4 and it runs like a slideshow like it's powered by a toaster but despite of that the worldbuilding for Night City is amazing. Luckily this aspect is present in the anime. If you like Studio Trigger's

unique appeal on animation, then this would be an easy viewing for you after all this kind of animation is really suited for Night City. The main characters are also well written, and they have a good chemistry. One of my favorites is Rebecca, a total bad ass. Some of the side characters are forgettable and I will not be surprised for the people who don't play the game will get confused on how the world really works. The music is ok, one of the scenes on the moon has a wonderful music that befits the scenario. With all said and done this anime without hype beyond it, will be another one of those "sleeper hits" (looking at you Great Pretender) that demands your attention forever caged on another streaming company original series.
