I would like to point out that this one piece movie is not a typical shounen piece, of course there will be fights, spectacular abilities, but this anime is more of a musical, because Uta has the power of the fruit of the song and the story and his big plan are based on this.
So, I would like to get to the point first, the music, since this is a musical movie, for lack of a better one, which is not a very common attempt among one piece movies.
Ado saved the movie, this is why i give 10/10
The magpie wanted a lot, but the tail
...
couldn't handle the situation again, although the list of opponents has expanded quite nicely since the previous film, and they also have fans, the author also wanted to favor these little things by, for example, involving the mother's pirates for no reason at all into the story, which really didn't add much to things... it didn't make them more likable or less hostile, Katakuri became the owner of that net 15 seconds of fame, maybe only my friend was happy with the huge cameo.
The film wanted to move too many characters, and it was impossible to give meaning to most of them.
The fights were very, very boring, let's put it this way, sitty sutty and ok we won, maybe the final fight was minimal and more meaningful against the demon king, but anyway.. it wasn't a big bang, specifically the music saved the movie, but now imagine How much do you think the film would have done with completely average music? even a tenth of this small slope would not have been able to scrape together, so yes, the fate of the film rested on the music, here the truth is not in the wine.
The movie was bonused with miserable fight scenes, saying that it's good for the fans and I kiss you... so let's compare the finale fights from a couple of previous movies... the two have nothing to do with each other.
Also, what was that momentary white flash on luffy at the end? those who are already cutting the story can guess where we are in the story around May, it's okay that most people don't know what will happen, but to give such clear signals...
And what the hell was this ending? Shanks holds out the antidote for you to drink and have a good chance of surviving, to which he shrugs… throws it away… is this serious now?
After all, what idiot would say that I would rather die than live with my companions once everything has been cleared up and they have forgiven each other.
Oh wait..this is canon, the character has to be written out of the story somehow, let's leave it at that! they simply couldn't find a sensible version of how this unfortunate character should die... why didn't they use the 1st movie of Bleach as a basis? Well, it was closed nicely
however, based on what psychological process Uta's character was pushed throughout, because many of his actions and decisions were incomprehensible, it did not really occur to the viewer why he was imposing his own will on others.
Let's start with the fact that he was left on an island without any real information, of course he became depressed, because constant loneliness and separation from family at such an old age can create very serious traumas in a person.
Besides, since they were misinformed, the desire for revenge strengthened the character's persistence, revenge is a very good crutch when you are on the floor, but it can easily transform into something else, such as maniacal pursuit of a goal, when you sacrifice anything just to reach it.
In our present case, this drove him until he was older, and the plan was that through snails he could learn about Internet social addiction, incomplete information and people's general problems. He felt it was important to produce content, in this case to sing, because then other people would be happy, while he himself it is not, no matter how hard he tries to lie to himself, that he is happy when others are happy.
And then comes the realization, when he finds the recording where they say that he caused the problems at the time, and that Shanks is innocent.
From then on, fear and complete despair joined in, what should I say, what should I do? should I continue what I started, because then people's opinion of me will change, or I will stop here and think things over as an adult, what is the situation now.
Logically, since he is young, he chose total chaos and continued with the impossible plan he concocted.
Of course, he is the one with the music, just like his bird, he would lock people into an imaginary world and create happiness for all people in this product of fantasy, that Uta sings, and that's it... a party until infinity, or at least until Uta dies, because he ate the a sleep-inhibiting mushroom, which also increased the total confusion in his brain, because who knows how long he hadn't slept and how much his ability had exhausted his mind.
Lack of sleep can do very serious and unpredictable things to a person's personality and sound judgment.
This can perhaps explain the completely incomprehensible decision why he pushed the medicine out of Shanks's hands, because they had already completely left home for him, and his self-pity and remorse increased to such a level that he became suicidal, saying that he accepts responsibility for his actions, but about this I don't think so...
So, in the end, what exactly is my opinion about the film?
The music is 10/10, and that's why I only gave the film a 10, because Ado's work was unbelievably good!
However, the visuals are very weak, the fights are trite, and the story is also very confusing and rushed.
In addition, he repeatedly tried to increase the viewer's dislike for the fleet by shooting at civilians, although in the end they change their minds that they won't fall for Shanks' gang because there are civilians, haha.. 30 minutes ago you still casually issued the fire order, is that right?
The flow of the script is completely incomprehensible.
If Uta's music is not written like this, I would give it a very average 5 out of 10

The story was too long, i think less character and just 12 episode full enough for the message what the "anime" will give to us.
The god like a human is mortar, the god is a creature like us, god is not a god just an idea, a creature who have lifetime after he die The life without end is nothing... booring and suffering The life is a journey to find your happiness, if you find it, you wait the death The death is near, after we see nothing, because god is nothing So the Platinum end is not a bad anime, but not perfect! Strong 6-7/10 in my opinion ... |
