...then you might like Gintama add

While Gintama is longer and more comedy oriented (although it gets very serious when it needs to) it has the same basic layout as Bebop. Group of misfits trying to scrape by in life through various jobs, they almost never come out of it with money but there is usually a take away message. You also start off not knowing much about the main characters as their stories unfold throughout the entirety of the anime.

If you liked Top wo Nerae 2! Diebuster add

...then you might like Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann add

Simply put, if Diebuster wasn't a thing, TTGL probably wouldn't be a thing. While not as straightforward and simple as TTGL, Diebuster can be refreshing in how much it challenges you to pay attention and rewards you with over the top planet splitting ridiculousness. It's a loose sequel to Gunbuster so watch that first but it isn't entirely necessary IMO. Both are underrated gems that Gainax has to offer.

If you liked Shinseiki Evangelion Movie: Air/Magokoro wo, Kimi ni add

...then you might like Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica Movie 3: Hangyaku no Monogatari add

No denying, both movies will leave you with a sense of awe after having seen their respective shows. Not for the faint of heart and a very similar final act to the final act of this movie. Watch Neon Genesis Evangelion first.
