Not really a review. More of a complaint. The other reviews already talked about the animes peak mediocracy in story, charactes, art and "fight scenes". The thing I want to talk about is how "Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo" is morally absolutely appalling. Why do fictional works get banned ? It's simple: Because the government considers the works content to be harmful. That could be imagery, but it's usually because the ideology/thoughts in the works are harmful to some readers. Let me explain. Of the following 3 examples, wich would you consider to be problematic: A documentary work on "Jack the Ripper", A fictional story
...
written with "Jack the Ripper" as the protagonist or diary of "Jack the Ripper" himself containing all his deprived and unfiltered world views? You probably guessed it. It's the last one, not because the main character is morally ambiguous, but because it does not establish a distance between the contend and the reader. You can make the most heinous main character ever. Theft, rape, murder, genocide - you can let your characters commit them all and the reader is going to understand this is a fictional work and the actions of the people in it should be looked at critically. But the author always has to work their hardest to keep the distance between the work, themself and the consumer. Not painting the character in question as the ultimate good guy, showing mixed reactions from the world around the character, self doubts, the right music choice, visual symbolism.... there are a ton of non-intrusive stylistic devices you can use. The problem I have with "Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo" is not, that he buys sex slaves. It's everything around it. The show tries it's hardest to make the relationship between the slave girl and MC look wholesome and the worst culprit is the happy and playful music playing while MC forces himself onto her. Again. The core difference is, that not the MC is morally grey, but the ENTIRE SHOW seems like it condones slavery and rape of underage girls (she(Roxanne) is 16). This makes it morally worse than most rape hentai. Does that mean I thing the director/author of this work condones slavery and rape ? Absolutely not. I think it's just a failure of production, but a pretty hefty and dangerous one. This dumpster fire is absolutely appalling

Have you ever heard of the writing concept called setup and payoff? It's a basic advice for authors and basically dictates, that most important events happening need to have a prior setup in order not to make the event feel completely random/ unplausible. Fiction, unlike the real world, needs to make sense. I think the author of Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life: Dai-2 no Shokugyou wo Ete, Sekai Saikyou ni Narimashita should look into that, because everything in this Anime feels unearned and totally out of nowhere. You can't have villains, without ever setting up why they are evil. You can't mix the medieval
...
setting with super advanced techno-magical devices and constructions, without ever even dropping a hint at why they exist or why only one group has access to them. You can't have the MC undergo a "this world has changed my past self so much" moment, when you never really characterize his past self. The best part of a power fantasy is to witness how our weak MC learns the power system together with us, the audience, becoming ever so slightly more powerful. Fighting opponents and using MCs knowledge creatively to overcome them. Maybe even loosing, barely surviving/escaping only to train their abilities, gather more knowledge and come back stronger and wiser in order to celebrate a glorious victory against the formerly far superior opponent. In this "power fantasy" the MC already starts out as "the strongest Sage". In this work the author chose to for some reason cut out the most satisfying part of a isekai, the "exploring and getting used to a fantastical world" and straight up jump to the part where MC is already godlike and has many powerful allies. Yes, the show explains how he got his powers/ met those "characters" later on, but it makes us not feel attached to the people in the show and not feel like MC deserves his powers. Furthermore, it's not really like those explanations come in the form of grand reveals completely changing the way we looked at something. No. They come in the form of 20 second flashbacks basically boiling down to "Here is how I met that druid" or "My slimes found some books and they contained the secrets of all magic powers".
However, the worst instance of the no-setup-for-payoff problem is the power system. Well it's probably more power and less of a "system". All the fights in this Anime feel like watching a worse version of old Yu-Gi-Oh battles. We all know the right card is going to come up at the right time and the cardtext is going to be specifically written to fit this very specific situation our MC is in right now. Our MC here always has the right spell to use at the right time. He never gets shown using it, learning it or even stating what it does. This robs the fight of any suspense. MC is mostly spamming his most powerful move and blocking with his best shield. Whenever this does not work the solution is not to use the powers he has in a more creative way, but to just pull out something perfect for this very situation from his infinite spell-database or flat out make/ be given a new one out of nowhere. The magic system itself is a huge black box the author at no point in time cares to explain to us. Why do blue interfaces appear out of nowhere ? How does one get stronger ? What makes the magic work ? What are the "Magic Points" for ? "How does that "creating spells" thing work ? How do all those weird evil-magic devices work ? And then there are all those inconsistencies. Why on earth can magic points go into the negative ? When there are potions refilling your MP to the amount you had ten minutes ago why not drink one every ten minutes in a fight? Wouldn't that be able to create a infinite energy loop? I don't think even the author knows how his magic system works. Where the magic/energy even comes from, what the ominous devices do or what all those weird symbols mean. To be fair those inconsistencies are no inconsistencies if there is no consistency in the first place.
The no setup-for-payoff-problem also applies to the characters. First of all the setup for most of the relevant ones gets introduced pretty late in the show, but another big issue I have is the lack of background for the different slime characters. There are no episodes showing us how each of them is unique, their personalities, how they came to their different outfits, maybe giving them names. It makes them feel exchangeable, makes us have no personal attachment to them, makes their special outfits feel redundant.Proud wolf at least has a 2-dimensional personality, but a annoying one I don't like. In general the tamer aspect of our "tamer" is not very well balanced. Compared to his sage power his summons are pretty weak and useless. They don't feel like allies supporting him in battle and more like tools he could have easily replaced with spells he could have created. Yuji himself is one of the most boring and lifeless main characters ever. His facial expression always stays the same. There is no change to his tone of voice in the entire series. He has no motivation, no real backstory, nothing. The other characters are all either one- or two-dimensional. None of the evil characters get any reason on why they are evil or any characterizations besides those put there to make them appear more despicable.
Storywise Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life: Dai-2 no Shokugyou wo Ete, Sekai Saikyou ni Narimashita feels like playing a lame RPG. He goes on a fetch quest, gathers material, kills some monsters, fights a boss here and there. Most of the plot points lack a setup and therefore feel like they just happen, because the plot wants it. The arcs are barely connected. The overall story is lame and predictable. Predictable not, because of foreshadowing, but because you just have to think "What would be the most straight forward way to advance the story?" and you have the answer. Even when the plot twists, it's a so overdone and by-the-handbook one, that you wont ever be caught by surprise.
I am very easy to please when it comes to art design/animation, sound or music. I suggest reading another review for insight on those points. To me, voice acting, graphics and sound effects were sufficient. The backgroundmusic, OP and ED were pretty good to be honest.
This was a average to below average Anime. Even if you like isekai I suggest watching all of the good ones before resorting to stuff like this. Oh and I suggest avoiding this authors works entirely. At least as long as he doesn't get his hands on a guide for basic writing.

This Anime is one of the worst I have ever seen. It doesn't have any redeeming qualities, but let's get the passable ones out of the way: The Art is ok. No extremely ugly CGI, the motions are clear and the special effects look good. Sound and music are also passable. Ost and OP/ED are generic and forgettable, but nothing I would call bad.
Now to the bad parts: The thing making me the most angry at Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru is how it insults the viewers intelligence. First of all the title is a straight up lie. In no
...
way is the MC a typical nobody. His parents have extremely powerful political connections and his social/economic status is never a issue. His magical and physical powers are far above everyone else. You would think, that he hides his powers, because the reason he reincarnated himself in the first place was that he considered himself to be too powerful and his social position too high to make friends. He is literally showing off with his magic powers. Even after a character, who knows his past self shows up he thinks to himself to keep it down in order to not be suspicious, but actually still pulls off unnatural feats left and right. The characters still alive from his past life bring up another issue. Because a lot of time passed between the MCs death and his reincarnation a lot ofthe knowledge about magic and his historic actions got lost. The magic used in the current era is pathetically weak and his past actions are barely recognizable. How on earth did one of the settings most important aspects happen when there are literally multiple people still around, who saw what happened themself ? How do you even write this ?
**may contain minor spoilers** (I don't know from what point something is considered a spoiler here)
The whole story is full of glaring logical errors. The first part of the story is pretty interesting to be honest. Our socially awkward OP protagonist tries getting close to a little girl hurt by social rejection. He eventually succeeds (sadly by a display of power) and their character flaws both get deleted and they enter the generic isekai harem dynamic after adding a second harem member in a boring and generic way. The next couple episodes are like the author had to throw something in to fill the space to the stories finale ,wich gets caused by a literal deus ex machina. I still don't know why that final conflict even happened. The final boss literally removes his motivation for his wrongdoings during his first appearance. After that he is like "If I do nothing I will achieve my goal, but I will destroy everything to maybe achieve that same goal". His actions are inherently stupid. He exposes his weak spots on purpose without any safety measures and all his plans rely on his enemies not using their brains at all. After the conflict is resolved (but when you think about it they completely failed their objective) the deus ex machina transports them back, thanks them for their help (on a matter he caused himself without a reason) and brings them back to where they were before the events of the finale. Upon arrival there should have been drastic changes to their environment but there just are none with no explanation as to why that is.
The character design and personalities are extremely generic. After the already described events of the first episodes the characters personalities just become either full on steriotypes or basically nonexistent. On many occasions I thought "Oh come on. Nobody could possibly be that stupid" or "No human being acts like that".
I can not recommend Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru. I only watched it hoping for it to get better after the first letdown after the first episodes, but instead it got generic and boring at first and then insultingly stupid.

Many entries of the Isekai genre come off as pale and copy paste power fantasies. The setting is almost always a fantasy world with a video game- like magic system, the MC is almost always male and gets a harem of extremely attractive girls with unconditional love for him within the first few episodes. However, the thing bothering me most about those stories is them ignoring their main concept. The reincarnation part is often just a excuse to get the plot going and the MC just may as well come from that world as he appears to have forgotten all his knowledge, morale, background and
...
social concepts from his original world. Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road is not one of those Anime. The whole concept of it's world seems to be the authors complicated answer to "What would actually happen, if there was a constant stream of overpowered citizens of our world to a fantasy world?". The huge amount of detail and thought put in those aspects is the main appeal of Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road in my opinion. The magical-industrial society, that developed. Otherworlders not having their immense powers under control and the catastrophic effects that has on the world. The way the inhabitants of the fantasy world take actions against those problematic individuals. But not just with the world building the author tries to set apart their work from all the other common isekai tropes. We get the stereotypical opening with a generic isekai protagonist walking his first steps only for him to get tricked and killed by our real protagonist Menou -a priest with strong magical power and knowledge, who is hunting those otherworlders together with her apprentice Momo. Instead of the usual harem main cast we get a lesbian love triangle between the stoic Menou, Momo, who has loved her since her childhood and Akari- a otherworlder Menou failed to kill due to her isekai power of time control automatically saving her from death. While Akari blindly trusting and loving on the spot may come off as weird at first we get a more intricate understanding of why that is "over time". The storyline is captivating, misterious and full of twists and turns. We get elaborate insights into the backstory of many characters, showing us their unique motivations behind their, often hard to understand at first, actions. We learn more and more about the "true concepts" - the superpowers given to people summoned from our world. How they shaped the world, influence the actions of the characters in our story and why they are so dangerous. The art is great, especially in the fight scenes (there are rare occasions of CGI, but even those look good). All the characters look unique and we even get some backstory on why they dress like they do. The soundeffects do their job pretty well and the OST is nothing special, but fitting. OP and ED don't stand out. They are meant to be more of a moodsetter for the show and are sufficient in doing so. As a huge isekai fan I was exited when I read about this new and fresh isekai with all it's cool and unique ideas. I was really surprised, when I had way less fun than expected when watching it, because on paper this was the perfect show for me. Over the course of Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Roads runtime I got less and less excited about watching it. Having to drag myself to watch the missed episodes times and times again. I have no idea why I did not enjoy this show. Maybe it's the lack of explanation regarding their magic system (especially why you can't just connect yourself to one of earths magic veins and go ham all the time). Maybe the all female cast was harder to connect to as a male. Maybe it was hard for me to emotionally connect to an stoic killer manipulating a naive little girl in love with her. I still believe my lack of enjoyment with this Anime to be a me problem and still highly recommend this work, especially if you are a fan of the isekai genre.

I found this Anime on a Hentai platform, so I was a bit disappointed at first. If you are looking for a Hentai you will find, that "Ishuzoku Reviewers" has way too short sex scenes and also doesn't show the penetration, but instead always uses visual metaphors for it. The show is also going to interrupt your "flow" with offputting images and concepts (for example 50+ year old sex workers or birdlike creatures laying eggs in a sexual manor). However, the strongest aspect this show has is it's creativity. The biggest advantage Hentai has over IRL "shortfilms" is it's creative freedom. You can execute the
...
wildest concepts you couldn't even imagine doing in normal adult movies. And oh boy did "Ishuzoku Reviewers" deliver on that! Every episode features multiple amazingly creative concepts only possible in it's fantasy setting. A whole bunch of sexy humanoid species often offering entirely new forms of sexual activities. The art and animation is great and the voice acting is pretty good too :) Also the opening is an absolute banger in my opinion. The story is basic, but pretty good for a Hentai. There is no big plot spanning the entire series. Every episode has it's own little story put between their brothel visits, where they rate their sexworkers and put those ratings up for display at their local pub. They all feel very natural and fitting for the setting. As the shows thing is to feature a huge variety of sexy species it has both a lot of "reviewers" and prostitutes as well as other supporting characters. While the side characters can all be boiled down to one or two character traits our main group actually gets a surprising amount of backstory and character developement. Overall I enjoyed the show a lot, although the wayyyyy too short sex scenes bothered me quite a bit. I usually watched the better ones 3 to 4 times.
