This is a short series which is a plus or a minus depending on each person, but as the other reviews I have mixed feelings for this one.
It is a fun premise and the relationship is quick unlike other series. Drama is at a minimum because it's a shorter series lol.
I want to enjoy this series but throughout reading it, it always felt like there is something missing such as the characters felt lifeless or the story feels rushed.
The art is nice and the characters work well together and the best part is they finish the drama sections quick because they actually talked to
...
each other!
If you like romance and have a free day go ahead and give this a read, I don't feel like I wasted my time and it has an actual ending but it could have had some fleshing out.

Don't mix up my personal rating with the recommendation. I put mixed feeling even though I personally enjoyed the series.
Good mature romances are a bit rarer compared to the high school aged ones so it's nice to see one pop up that is also not half bad.
The premise is interesting where the romance also has to balance the MC being a parental guardian. Overall the story is well written and the concept is fun watching a couple learn to love. The romance actually starts pretty early.
Drama wise, at least what the first season covers is pretty minimal and is cleared up fast compared to
...
the younger geared toward anime which is absolutely wonderful. It takes a toll watching shows where they drag out the drama that could have been solved if they talked for 5 minutes.
Animation wise it really is on the weaker side and you can see where they cut corners and have lower effort. I will say the animation for when it's supposed to be emotional, they do a good job.
Music is fine, there's a few fine songs but nothing really sticks out even with the opening and ending.
The main reason I would say I have mixed feeling about this series is, you really have to enjoy romance anime/manga or romance series in general. Nothing super crazy happens and it is a relatively slow paced show so if you aren't particularity fond of these types of shows it might be a hit or miss. If you do then give this one a shot and you may not be disappointed and you may even want to share it with friends who also enjoy this type of entertainment. If you also want something to watch that is relaxing or tug at your romantic heartstrings then I would recommend.

Teasing Master Takagi-san has been a happy thorn in my side for some time now. Overall I had a wonderful time reading this series and enjoying almost all of it.
I started reading this series right before the follow up series of them older and it was wonderful until the last couple years of the series.
Overall I give this series a 8/10 because it felt like it was stretched too thin, but at the same time ignored by the author once they started the older version series. Which was sad imo because I started reading/following this mangaka because of this series (and the vampire
...
one).
Art is a 9/10 it's as good a it gets with good expressions and background arts
Story is a 10/10 until the end then 8/10 for previous statements. It was funny and cute and good to see interactions between the characters and how the Mc grew over the years.
Characters are a 10/10 for the ones I remember. It isn't as bad as other series like komi-san but there are a good amount you forget about but the more reoccurring ones are well written in the parts they show up.
To conclude this series really brought the romcom wholesome type manga and anime into the spotlight for a lot of people and it deserves it's spot but I wish it wasn't as sidelined as it was in the later years of it's publication. Do give it a read if you like this type of reading

Kamichu is one of those anime's where you wish you saw it when it came out because it gives you a sense of nostalgia. It is a very light hearted show that has a slow paced story each episode with some connections through-out the whole series.
Story: The story is overall enjoyable but for the most part the story isn't anything amazing, they are just 24 minute snippets into Yurie's life as a middleschooler/new goddess. Which this format is perfectly fine for the slice-of-life genre the show takes. The only main story plot line that sticks throughout the whole show is her crush for Kenji.
Art:
...
as other shows from the earlier 2000's the art is good, but I'd say its on the higher end. Characters and spirits are drawn out well and scenes have good details, personally I wish I had a copy of the DVD because it's hard to find higher quality episodes due to its age and its lack of awareness outside of Japan.
Sound: This show shines in the music department, definitely one of my favorite parts of the show, wouldn't be the same without it. That's all to it, its relaxing when its supposed to be and energetic when it's more exciting.
Characters: They don't go into too much detail about the characters previously to the start of the show. This story is really there to show the growth of each of the characters but each grow differently and/or a lot less or more than others. The majority of the main cast are middle-school kids who are experiencing life and finding what they enjoy and don't. Other characters like Matsuri can sometimes be more annoying and pushy but they way they are written they don't get worse to the point where you don't end up liking them.
Enjoyment: I would recommend this show to other people who are into slice-of-life or the Iyashikei theme and don't mind slower paced shows. It never really got me laughing but it did get a few chuckles out of me, but that's probably due to more I'm older.
Overall: Do give this show a chance, you should at least say by the end of it that you didn't think you waste your time. This is definitely a show to go at your own pace, no need to rush it or binge it unless you want to. I would even say this show is underrated due to age and lack of word of mouth. Especially now that Iyashikei shows are picking up this would be a good one to add to your to-watch-list. Just be careful of the beach episode because there isn't any fan servicey scenes until there. Why they added animation budget for it I'll never know.
Ps there are extras and I'd say they are nicer than the main episodes. They do fit in between certain episodes but I watched them after the main series and it didn't really make a difference. But do check em out if you like the main series.

Senpai! Lets have an Office Romance is a simple short romcom manga. I wouldn't say it was a roller-coaster of emotions because it would be too short to get over the first part of the roller-coaster. If you talk to anyone about this manga the main complaints would be that it was too short and a bit rushed at the end.
The story overall is simple and never gets complicated. The MC is liked by the main girl and there isn't too much explanation but that is ok. It did get a bit redundant with each chapter basically having the same premise each time with
...
some variations but still enjoyable.
The art is fine, no issues there. Good amount of fan-service if that is your go to.
None of the characters have any huge developments throughout the series and remain the same essentially. The side characters are pretty fun in their own way but don't have that huge of an impact on the story other than added humor and an inkling of trying to add some drama.
When starting this short series I found what I was looking for, a short romcom series to make me exhale out of my nose or even giggle every now and then. Wish they made it a tad longer to get some backstory but it wasn't necessary imo.
To conclude, don't be expecting any in-depth romcoms or complex writings. Give it a shot if you like short stories or some fun romance with a little bit of spice.

I had a somewhat mix of emotions while reading this manga. While it brought back memories from middle school it also made me annoyed with some sections. But if you are a romcom fan do give this manga a shot.
So I guess to the details of my raiting,
Story: 7/10 - It was a relatively short story but it was written well. It focuses on the main two characters and doesn't really deviate from them. There are some flashbacks but it doesn't really go into too much depth other than some past interactions even though they explain early on that they grew up together as kids.
...
The story near the end does get better in my opinion. Also thank goodness for very minimal drama.
Art: 8/10 - The art is just fine and I would say depicts the characters more realistic than in some manga's if that is your forte. Backgrounds and everything else is drawn really well and nice to stop and look at before going to the next page.
Characters: 7/10 - I enjoyed Fujiyama more than I did Kanba, especially in the beginning and mid sections of the manga. Kanba is pretty perverted and goes and starts this whole ordeal thinking with his libido, but it actually ends up well. Fujiyama is a pretty shy character who gets embarrassed easily but you can't blame her because she has always been teased her whole life about her height. I will say though, the way that the author wrote their characters ties in with the story really well, it made more sense of why the characters acted because they are in middle school. The way that they act fits really well with the age that they are supposed to be. So even if male MC isn't the best, he really fits in with his age group so kudos to the writer. The side characters were good and all but I couldn't tell you their names except vice-principle Also the Nurse is great for various reasons.
Enjoyment: 8/10 - Even though it sounds like it was all complaints, I did enjoy this series. It brought back nostalgia from younger days and the feeling of longing for relationships. I wish it was just a few chapters longer but it ended on a good note.
Overall: 8/10 - There are some complaints but it really isn't that major to deter someone from reading this series. If you enjoy romcom mangas that make you feel fuzzy inside then give this a shot. A good amount of you readers out there will finish it in one go.

This is my first review so it'll be short and concise.
This manga is one you can definitely enjoy the first half and with good parts throughout the second half. The story IMO was spread out but also too condensed. I felt the author wanted to try and get a long enough series as they could but realized after Chapter 50 they needed to wrap things up. This does seem to be a trend in Rom-coms and I feel it would be better to already have solid pre-existing couples or to just have friends that don't have to form a romantic relationship. It felt they
...
just needed to pair everyone off by the end of the series.
The art wasn't the most amazing but it's not something to deter someone from reading and actually had some good parts.
The characters were fine, the MC never really grew too much except in the romance department which is fine. Others complain how weak he stayed but that's just how some people are, he didn't need to become some ripped or super handsome guy. The side characters were hit and miss. The busty girl (sorry I forgot names) and the younger brother were great wingmen. The other friend was mostly annoying and made the series go on for longer since she kept interrupting. The toxic girl was written poorly since she was mostly used to move forward the romance the simplest way without stretching things out even further. The FMC's mom was very rushed, wish she was added earlier because she could've been a more fun character especially if there was more interactions between the mom and the MC. MC's mom was fine ;), and the younger sister felt like, "oh yeah i mentioned the younger sister better add her before I forget again".
Overall I recommend to Rom-com enjoyers to read at least once because it is a quick read and you should get a few grins and laughs while reading but I wouldn't put it on the top of your list.
